Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Konzentrat zum Herstellen von schwer ent-
  • flammbaren Hydraulikflüssigkeiten der Gruppe HFA nach DIN 24 320 für hydraulische Kraftübertragung und Steuerung, bestehend aus Mineralöl und einem in das Mineralöl einzuarbeitenden Additiv-Paket.
  • Schwer entflammbare Hydraulikflüssigkeiten werden nach DIN 24 320, VDMR 24 317 sowie dem 5. Luxemburger Bericht der Kommission der Europäischen Gemeinschaften mit den Kennbuchstaben HFA bezeichnet und sowohl übertage als auch untertage für hydraulische Kraftübertragung und Steuerung eingesetzt. Es handelt sich bei derartigen HFA-Hydraulikflüssigkeiten um Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsionen mit einem brennbaren Massenanteil bis zu 20 %. Die Anforderungen an schwer entflammbare HFA-Hydraulikflüssigkeiten sind im 5. Luxemburger Bericht durch technologische und hygienische Prüfverfahren festgelegt. Zu den obligatorischen Prüfungen gehören beispielsweise die Emulsionsstabilität, das Korrosionsschutzvermögen, das Luftabscheidevermögen und der pH-Wert.
  • Zu den fakultativen Prüfungen gehören beispielsweise die Verschleißschutzeigenschaften und die Umweltverträglichkeit. Zu den hygienischen Prüfungen gehören beispielsweise Toxizität und Hautreizung. -Im allgemeinen neigen HFA-Hydraulikflüssigkeiten zur Aufrahmung oder Trennung der Emulsion und bieten nur mässigen Korrosionsschutz. Ihre Schmiereigenschaften sind wegen der niedrigen Viskosität und wegen des geringen Konzentratanteils schlecht. Die Kavitations- und Erosionsgefahren sind verhältnismäßig hoch. - Hier will die Erfindung Abhilfe schaffen .
  • Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Konzentrat zum Herstellen von schwer entflammbaren Hydraulikflüssigkeiten der Gruppe HFA zu schaffen, die sich im wesentlichen durch reduzierte Aufrahmneigung, erhöhten Korrosionsschutz, optimierte Schmiereigenschaften und Verbesserung des Verschleiß schutzes sowie der werkstoffbenetzenden Eigenschaften auszeichnet.
  • Diese Aufgabe löst die Erfindung durch ein gattungsgemäßes Konzentrat, bei welchem das Additiv-Paket die folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist: 4 - 15 ,vorzugsweise 10 Gewichtsteile Fettalkoholpoiyglycolphos- Verschieißschutzverbessephorsäurepartialester rer, Schaumregulator 2 - 10 , vorzugsweise 6 Gewichtsteile polymerer Borsäureaminester Korrosionsinhibitor in Fettsäurealkanolamiden pH-Regulator 25 - 60 ,vorzugsweise 45 Gewichtsteile Dialkylarylpolyglykoletheressigsäure oder Emulgator Fettalkoholpolyglykoletheracetat 3,5 - ,vorzugsweise 7 Gewichtsteile Morpholin oder Dampfphaseninhibitoren N-Methyl-Morpholin 20 - 50 , vorzugsweise 25 Gewichtsteile Oxazolidin und Biozide 4-(2 Nitrobutyl)-Morpholin 5 - 9 , vorzugsweise 6,4 Gewichtsteile Ethylenglycol pH-flegulierung 0,9 - 2.5 , vorzugsweise 1,4 Gewichtsteile Natriummolybdat Korrosionsinhibitor 0,2 - 0,75 ,vorzugsweise 0,35 Gewichtsteile Toluol-Triazol oder Korrosionsinhibitoren Benzo-Triazol 0,4 - 1,5 1vorzugsweise 0,7 Gewichtsteile 2,5-Dimercapto-1, 3, Korrosionsinhibitor, 4 - Thiadiazol Fungizid Das erfindungsgemäße HFA-Additiv-Paket wird in Mineralöl (naphtenbasisch) mit den nachfolgenden Kenndaten eingearbeitet.
  • Kenndaten Mineralöl: Viskosität 400 C 10 - 150 c. St Flammpunkt 160 - 240 ° C NZ 0,01 mg KOH/g Farbe ASTM L 0,5 - 1,5 IR-Strukturanalyse CA 4 - 7 CP 49 - 60 CN 35 - 45 % Anilinpunkt 85 - 110 ° C Dichte 0,860 - 0,900 g/cm2 Darin bedeuten: NZ - Neutralisationszahl CA - Gehalt an aromatisch gebundenem Kohlenstoff CP - Gehalt an paraffinbasisch gebundenem Kohlenstoff CN - Gehalt an naphtenbasisch gebundenem Kohlenstoff Nach einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform der Erfindung mit selbständiger Bedeutung ist vorgesehen, daß das Mischungsverhältnis des Konzentrates 15 bis 35, vorzugsweise 18,2 Gewichtsteile Additiv-Paket und 85 bis 65, vorzugsweise 81,8 Gewichtsteile Mineralöl beträgt. In einem solchen Fall kommt man überraschenderweise mit einem Massenanteil von ler:iglich 1 % in der Öl-in-Wasser-Emulsion aus und dennoch entsteht eine schwer entflammbare HFA-Hydraulikflüssigkeit mit hervorragenden brandtechnischen, technologischen und bergbauhygienischen Eigenschaften, insbesondere Schr-iiereigenschaften.
  • Das erfindungsgemäße HFA-Additiv-Paket enthält Emulgatoren, die selbst bei sehr hohen Gesamthärte-Konzentrationen im Emulsionsansetzwasser von 50 bis 60<) dh und Abwesenheit von koagulierenden Kationen wie Fe 3+ und Al3 bis 5 mg/l sowie pH-Wert-Schwankungen nicht zur Aufrahmung oder Trennung der Emulsion führen. Ferner gewährleisten Korrosionsinhibitoren, die selbst bei sehr hohen Anionenkonzentrationen vom 900 mg S0271 und 500 mg C1 /1 im pH-Bereich 7 bis 8,5 der Anwendungsemulsion einen Korrosionsschutz für Metalle auch bei galvanischer Kopplung gewährleisten. Weiter sorgen Korrosionsinhibitoren für einen ausgezeichneten Dampfphasen-Korrosionsschutz. Darüber hinaus sind Schaumregulatoren als Wirkstoff zur Beeinflussung des Luftabscheidevermögens berücksichtigt. Außerdem beinhaltet das erfindungsgemäße HFA-Additiv-Paket Wirkstoffe zur Verbesserung des Verschleißschutzes und der werkstoffbenetzenden Eigenschaften, zur Erzielung eines ausreichend langen Schutzes gegen mikrobielle Kontamination und ztr pH-Regulierung (Puffer pH 7 bis 8,5 in der l-%igen Anwendungsemulsion) - - Sämtliche Wirkstoffe sind so ausgewählt, daß eine biologische Abbaubarkeit gegeben ist und die hygienischen Anfordezungen an schwer entflammbare HFA-Hydraulikflüssigkeiten erfüllt sind.

Claims (1)

  1. Konzentrat zum Herstellen von schwer entflammbaren Hydraulikflüssigkeiten Patentansprüche: 1. Konzentrat zum Herstellen von schwer entflammbaren Hydraulikflüssigkeiten der Gruppe HFA nach DIN 24 320, bestehend aus Mineralöl und einem in das Mineralöl einzuarbeitenden Additiv-Paket, d a -d u r c h g e k e n n z e i c h n e t , daß das Additiv-Paket die folgende Zusammensetzung aufweist: 4 - 15, vorzugsweise 10 Gewichtsteile Fettalkoholpolyglycolphosphorsäurepartialester 2 - 10, vorzugsweise 8 Gewichtsteile polymerer Borsäureaminesterin Fettsäurealkanoamiden 25 - 60, vorzugsweise 45 Gewichtsteile Dialkylarylpolyglykoletheressigsäure oder Fettalkoholpolyglykoletheracetat 3,5 - 9, vorzugsweise 7 Gewichtsteile Morpholin oder N-Methyl-Morpholin 20 - 50, vorzugsweise 25 Gewichtsteile Oxazolidin und 4-(2-Nitrobutyl)-Morpholin 5 - 9, vorzugsweise 6,4 Gewichtsteile Ethylenglycol 0,9 - 2,5, vorzugsweise 1,4 Gewichtsteile Natriumolybdat 0,2 - 0,75, vorzugsweise 0,35 Gewichtsteile Toluol-Triazol oder Benzo-Triazol 0,4 - 1,5, vorzugsweise 0,7 Gewichtsteile 2,5-Dimerkapto 1, 3, 4, - Thiadizol 2. Konzentrat nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Mischungsverhältnis 15 bis 35, vorzugsweise 18,2 Gewichtsteile Additiv-Paket und 85 bis 65, vorzugsweise 81,8 Gewichtsteile Mineralöl beträgt.
