Abstract
工作機械の潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体組成物は、鉱油もしくは他の潤滑剤ベースおよび油−水金属加工流体中に存在する微生物に対して活性で油−水分配可能な抗微生物物質からなる。
Description
i)滑り面潤滑剤のためのベースとして、鉱油の代わりに合成の生物学的に有害なベース流体の使用。これは微生物に対する栄養物の全体としてのレベルを減少させることができるが、主要な硫黄および燐剤はまだ存在している。また、合成物ベース流体は、「総損失」システムに対して法外に高価である。
金属加工流体中の微生物増殖を防ぐ最も効果的な方法は、流体への抗微生物化合物の投与である。流体への抗微生物物質の添加は、家庭と産業環境の両方で共通の部分である。
i)機械が、工作物を機械加工するツーリングを有する。
ii)金属加工流体が切削流体である。
iii)工作機械が貯槽または液溜めを有し、切削流体がそこに流出し、そして切削流体がそこからツーリングおよび工作物に配送される。
v)有効な量の抗微生物剤を切削流体溜めの中に配送するための運搬手段として、潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体の切削流体溜めへの移動を用いること。
抗微生物剤は、本明細書では、「微生物抑制特性を付与するすべての成分として」定義される。
i)液圧もしくはタッピング流体または滑り面潤滑剤との適合性。薬剤は液圧もしくはタッピング流体または滑り面潤滑剤の本来の機能を妨げるべきでない。
ii)0.28のオクタノール/水の分配係数(log Pow)。基本的に油溶性を示すが、水相への抗微生物剤の移動を可能にするに十分な水溶性を有する。
iii)一般的な腐敗生物のために最小抑制濃度(MIC)によって示された抗微生物活性の広範スペクトルは以下のとおりである。
鉱油ベース、市販の滑り面潤滑剤試薬パッケージ(耐摩耗性、腐食抑制などのための薬剤または複数の薬剤を含有)、粘着剤(金属面に対する滑り面潤滑剤の付着を促進する)および抗微生物剤(バイオバンCS1246)から成る4つのサンプルを以下の通り調製した。
Claims (12)
- 潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体に油−水分配可能な抗微生物剤を添加し、それによって抗微生物化合物の有効量を金属加工流体の中へ分配させて、その結果微生物活性を減少させることができることを特徴とする、潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体が金属加工流体を汚染する場合がある機械における油−水エマルジョン金属加工流体中の微生物増殖を防止する方法。
- i)機械が工作物を機械加工するツーリングを有する工作機械であり、ii)金属加工流体が切削流体であり、iii)工作機械が貯槽または液溜めを有し、切削流体がそこに流出し、そして切削流体がそこからツーリング/工作物に配送され、そして更にiv)抗微生物剤の有効量を切削流体に配送するための運搬手段として、切削流体溜めへの潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体の移動を用いる工程によって特徴づけられる請求項1に記載の方法。
- 工作機械が潤滑油または液圧流体のための貯槽を有し、そして抗微生物剤が該貯層に添加される請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 抗微生物剤が組成物として潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体と一体化されていることを更に特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 工作機械が滑り面を有し、そして潤滑油が滑り面潤滑剤であることを更に特徴とする請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 油−水エマルジョン金属加工流体が存在する機械での使用のための潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体組成物であって、該潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体組成物が鉱油ベースおよび油−水分配可能な抗微生物剤を含んでなり、その抗微生物剤が金属加工流体中へ分配され、そして金属加工流体中における微生物増殖を防止することを特徴とする潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体組成物。
- 抗微生物剤がホルムアルデヒド放出化合物であることを更に特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。
- ホルムアルデヒド放出化合物がトリアジン誘導体および/またはオキサゾリジンであることを更に特徴とする請求項7に記載の組成物。
- 抗微生物剤が非ホルムアルデヒド製品であることを更に特徴とする請求項6に記載の組成物。
- 非ホルムアルデヒド製品がベンズイソチアゾリノンおよび/またはパラクロロメタクレゾールであることを更に特徴とする請求項9に記載の組成物。
- 潤滑油および油−水エマルジョン金属加工流体の供給物を有する工作機械であって、該潤滑油供給物が請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物を含有することを更に特徴とする工作機械。
- 油−水エマルジョン金属加工流体が用いられ、そして潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体に曝されている工作機械を操作する方法であって、微生物の好ましくない増殖を防止するために、該潤滑油または液圧もしくはタッピング流体が請求項6〜10のいずれかに記載の組成物であることを更に特徴とする工作機械を操作する方法。
