Claims (18)
- 下記の化学式:

- 前記化合物が新しい骨の成長が望まれる部位において、固定化した形体で投与される、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物が新しい骨の成長が望まれる部位において、遅延放出形体で投与される、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物が製剤の0.01μg/gmないし50μg/gmの量で製剤中に存在する、請求項1に記載の製剤。
- 前記哺乳動物がヒトである、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物がY1、Y2及びY3がそれぞれCH3CO−であるようなトリアセテートである、請求項8記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物がY1、Y2及びY3がそれぞれCH3(CH2)4CO−であるようなトリヘキサノエートである、請求項8記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物がY1、Y2及びY3がそれぞれCH3(CH2)7CO−であるようなトリノナノエートである、請求項8記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物がY1及びY2が共に水素であり、そしてY3がCH3CO−であるような25−アセテートである、請求項8記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物が2−メチレン−19−ノル−1α,25(OH)2−D3−1,3,25−トリアセテート、2−メチレン−19−ノル−1α,25(OH)2−D3−1,3,25−トリヘキサノエート、2−メチレン−19−ノル−1α,25(OH)2−D3−1,3,25−トリノナノエート、及び2−メチレン−19−ノル−1α,25(OH)2−D3−25−アセテートから成る群から選択される、請求項8記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物が骨折若しくは骨移植の治癒、骨中のインプラントの凝固、歯科インプラントの骨同化、又は歯周骨を刺激するために投与される、請求項1記載の製剤。
- 前記化合物が骨延長術(distraction osteogenesis)の処置の後に投与される、請求項1記載の製剤。
