Claims (3)
- 運転者がシフトレバーで手操作によりシフトする主変速装置部(10)及び弁(36、38)を介して空気圧によりシフトされるスプリッタグループ変速装置(12)を具備し、運転者がシフトレバー(16)で手操作によりスプリッタグループ変速装置(12)のシフトを予選択することができ、かつ運転者による車両クラッチ(8)の手動操作を認識するセンサ(64)及び弁(36、38)を開放する電子制御装置(20)を有する、自動車変速機(6)のための電気空圧式ギヤシフトユニットにおいて、シャトル弁(80)が設けられ、その一方の入口(78、84)が弁(36、38)の出口管(76、82)にそれぞれ接続され、クラッチ操作信号が現れると弁(36、38)が開放され、シャトル弁(80)の出口(86)が空気管(88)を経て空圧式サーボアシスト装置(74)に接続され、主変速装置部(10)の手動シフトの際にこの空圧式サーボアシスト装置(74)が運転者をアシストすることを特徴とする電気空圧式ギヤシフトユニット。
- シャトル弁(80)を貫流する空気が運転者のアシストのための空圧式サーボアシスト装置(74)に直接到達するように、シャトル弁(80)とサーボアシスト装置(74)の間に空気管(88)が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気空圧式ギヤシフトユニット。
- サーボアシスト装置(74)が三二方弁(92)を具備し、三二方弁(92)が空気管(88)を貫流する空気によって制御され、貯蔵タンク(34)から空圧式サーボアシスト装置(74)に空気を放出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電気空圧式ギヤシフトユニット。
