Claims (5)
- プロピレン及びプロパンからなる群より選択される少なくとも１種の炭化水素と、カルボン酸と、アンモニアと、分子状酸素含有ガスとを含む反応物を、アンモ酸化触媒を含む反応ゾーンに導入する工程と、該炭化水素とカルボン酸とアンモニアと酸素とを含む反応物を高められた温度にて該触媒上で反応させて、アクリロニトリルとシアン化水素とアセトニトリルとを含む生成物を生成させる工程と、を含むアクリロニトリルの製造中に製造された副産物アセトニトリルの収率を増加させるプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸は、酢酸を含む、請求項１に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸は、粗酢酸を含む、請求項１に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸は、蟻酸、酢酸及びプロピオン酸の混合物を含む、請求項１に記載のプロセス。
- 前記カルボン酸は、少なくとも部分的にアンモニウム塩の形態である、請求項１に記載のプロセス。
