Abstract
Description
Claims (21)
- 3つの自由度を規定する支持構造物と、
第1のロックと、
第2のロックとを備え、
前記第1のロックと第2のロックを作動することによって、前記3つの自由度での移動が防止されることを特徴とするテストヘッド位置決め用の架台作動装置。 - 前記3つの自由度は、第1軸心に沿う並進運動と、第2軸心の回りの第1の回転運動と、第3軸心の回りの第2の回転運動とを含む請求項1記載の架台作動装置。
- 前記第1のロックと第2のロックを作動することにより、前記第1と第2の回転運動と前記並進運動とが防止される請求項2記載の架台作動装置。
- 前記支持構造物は、第1の架台側部と該第1の架台側部に連結されたプレートを含むと共に、前記並進運動と前記第1の架台側部に実質平行である前記第1軸心を規定する請求項2記載の架台作動装置。
- 前記第2軸心は前記第1軸心と直交する請求項4記載の架台作動装置。
- 前記第3軸心は前記第1軸心及び前記第2軸心と直交する請求項5記載の架台作動装置。
- 前記負荷に連結され、円弧形状のスロットを有する少なくとも1つのガイドブロックをさらに備え、
前記円弧形状のスロットの中心は前記第3軸心と心合わせされ、
前記円弧形状のスロットは前記第3軸心と直交する円上に位置する請求項6記載の架台作動装置。 - 前記負荷に連結され、円弧形状のスロットを有する少なくとも1つのガイドブロックと、
前記プレートに止着され、前記円弧形状のスロット内に挿入される少なくとも1つのカムフォロワーとをさらに備えた請求項4記載の架台作動装置。 - 前記プレートに止着され、前記円弧形状のスロット内に挿入される少なくとも1つのカムフォロワーをさらに備え、
前記円弧形状のスロットと前記少なくとも1つのカムフォロワーは、前記中心の回りの回転が前記負荷の重心にないように配置された請求項7記載の架台作動装置。 - 3つの自由度を有するシステムであって、第1の自由度は第1軸心の回りの回転であり、第2の自由度は前記第1軸心と直交する第2軸心の回りの回転であり、第3の自由度は前記第1軸心と第2軸心の両方と直交する第3軸心に沿う並進であり、2個のロックを備え、両ロックが作動されると、全ての3自由度での動作が禁止されることを特徴とするシステム。
- 垂直支持構造物と、
(a)第1の上向き面と第1の下向き面の少なくとも1つと、(b)第2の上向き面と第2の下向き面の少なくとも1つを含む複数の水平面と、
複数の水平レールと、を備え、
前記複数の水平レールの少なくとも1つは前記水平面の少なくとも1つに装着されていることを特徴とする負荷を位置決めするための装置。 - 前記水平レールは、第1の垂直面内に突出する第1レールと第2の垂直面内に突出する第2レールを含む請求項11記載の装置。
- 前記第1の垂直面は前記水平面の1つと直交する請求項12記載の装置。
- 前記第2の垂直面は前記水平面の1つと直交する請求項12記載の装置。
- 負荷と連結するための水平支持構造物をさらに備え、該水平支持構造物は前記垂直支持構造物に対する位置決めのために前記水平レールの少なくとも1つに連結される請求項12記載の装置。
- 架台に対して負荷を位置決めするために架台の側部に止着された装置であって、
前記架台の側部と前記負荷間において第1軸心に沿う並進運動するための摺動アーム構造物と、
前記架台の側部と前記負荷間において、前記第1軸心と直交する第2軸心の回りで前記負荷を回転させるためのアーム支持ブロックと、
少なくとも一部分が前記架台の側部と前記負荷間に位置し、前記第1軸心及び第2軸心と直交する第3軸心の回りで前記負荷を回転させるためのガイドブロック構造物とを備えたことを特徴とする装置。 - 前記ガイドブロック構造物は、前記第2の回転運動を規定する少なくとも1つの円弧形状のスロットを有し、前記第3軸心は前記少なくとも1つの円弧形状のスロットの中心に位置している請求項16記載の装置。
- 前記摺動アーム構造物は前記架台の側部に止着され、
前記アーム支持ブロックは前記摺動アーム構造物に近接するとともに、前記摺動アーム構造物と前記ガイドブロック構造物との間に配置され、
前記ガイドブロック構造物は前記架台に連結されている請求項16記載の装置。 - 前記架台に連結された第1のロックと、
前記摺動アーム構造物に連結された第2のロックとを更に備え、
前記第1及び第2のロックを作動させることにより、前記並進運動と前記第1の回転運動と前記第2の回転運動が防止される請求項16記載の装置。 - 架台作動装置においてテストヘッドを位置決めするための方法であって、
前記テストヘッドを第1の自由度で位置決めする工程と、
前記テストヘッドを第2の自由度で位置決めする工程と、
前記テストヘッドを第3の自由度で位置決めする工程と、
前記架台に連結された第1のロックを作動させる工程と、
前記架台に連結された第2のロックを作動させる工程とを備え、
前記第1及び第2のロックを作動させることにより、前記3つの自由度での移動が防止されることを特徴とする方法。 - 静止状態に維持された架台に対してテストヘッドを位置決めする方法であって、
前記架台に対する直線運動を付与する工程と、
前記架台に対するタンブル運動を付与する工程と、
前記架台に対するシータ運動を付与する工程と、
前記架台に連結された第1のロックを作動させる工程と、
前記架台に連結された第2のロックを作動させる工程とを備え、
前記第1及び第2のロックを作動させることにより、前記3つの自由度での移動が防止されることを特徴とする方法。
