Description
表２では、種々のポリカーボネート−シロキサンコポリマーを、少量のホスフェート難燃剤を含んだポリカーボネート／アクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレン組成に加えた。表２は組成物中の成分の比率を示し、表３は１．６ｍｍ試験片に対するＵＬ９４燃焼性能の結果を示す。ホスフェートの量は、それだけで十分な難燃性を得るには足りない。Ｘ４ＰｉＰはテトラ（２，６−キシレノキシ）ピペラジンジホスホルアミドであり、塩はペルフルオロブタンスルホン酸カリウムであり、ＰＴＦＥは滴下防止剤ポリテトラフルオロエチレンであり、試料１、２、３及び４はシロキサンコモノマーとしてテトラメチルジシロキサンを用いて製造したものである。
Claims (10)
- （ａ）１種以上の二価フェノール、及び
（ｂ）次式のシロキサン官能性ビスフェノールを含む１種以上のコモノマー
の残基を含んでなるポリカーボネートであって、
任意成分として枝分れ剤、及び
任意成分として難燃剤を含むポリカーボネート。 - シロキサン官能性ビスフェノールが二価フェノールの量を基準にして１〜１０モル％の範囲で存在する、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- 枝分れ剤が二価フェノールの量を基準にして０〜０．５モル％の範囲で存在する、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- さらにアクリロニトリル−ブタジエン−スチレンを含む、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- 難燃剤が組成物総量を基準にして２〜８重量％の範囲で存在する、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- 難燃剤がテトラ（２，６−キシレノキシ）ピペラジンジホスホルアミドを含む、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- さらに滴下防止剤を含む、請求項１記載のポリカーボネート。
- （ａ）２，２−ビス（４−ヒドキシフェニル）プロパン、及び
（ｂ）次式のシロキサン官能性ビスフェノールを含む１種以上のコモノマー
（ｃ）トリス（ヒドロキシフェニル）エタンを含む枝分れ剤
の残基を含んでなる透明ポリカーボネート。 - 難燃性ポリカーボネートの製造方法であって、当該方法が、
（ａ）１種以上の二価フェノール、及び
（ｂ）次式のシロキサン官能性ビスフェノールを含む１種以上のコモノマー
任意成分としての枝分れ剤、及び
任意成分としての難燃剤
を供給することを含み、得られるポリカーボネートが透明である、方法。 - 難燃性ポリカーボネートの製造方法であって、当該方法が、
（ａ）２，２−ビス（４−ヒドキシフェニル）プロパン、及び
（ｂ）次式のシロキサン官能性ビスフェノールを含む１種以上のコモノマー
トリス（ヒドロキシフェニル）エタンを含む枝分れ剤
を供給することを含んでなり、得られるポリカーボネートが透明である、方法。
