Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の燃料噴射システムに関する。
請求項1に記載の特徴を備えた本発明による燃料噴射システムは、これに対して次のような利点を有している。すなわち、内燃機関の燃焼室内に噴射された混合気雲が、意図的な圧力変更により、燃料噴射弁の渦流エレメントの前で影響され得るようになっており、これにより、混合気雲は、噴射過程の終了時にのみ点火プラグに達する。
Claims (13)
- 内燃機関のための燃料噴射システム(1)であって、燃焼室(2)内に突入した燃料噴射弁(10)が設けられており、燃焼室(2)が、シリンダ壁(2)とシリンダヘッド(4)とにより限定されており、かつピストン(6)が設けられており、該ピストン(6)が、シリンダ壁(3)内を案内されており、かつ燃焼室(2)内に突入した点火プラグ(7)が設けられており、燃料噴射弁(10)が、噴射開口(22;37)並びに該噴射開口(22;37)の流入側に配置された渦流装置(23;60)を有している形式のものにおいて、燃料噴射弁(10)により燃焼室(2)内に噴射される混合気雲(8,9)の開度(α)が、燃料噴射弁(10)の渦流装置(23;60)に供給される燃料の圧力の変化によって変更可能であることを特徴とする、燃料噴射システム。
- 開度(α)が、燃料噴射弁(10)の渦流装置(23,60)に供給される燃料の圧力の低減により拡大可能である、請求項1記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 燃料噴射弁(10)の燃料供給管片(14)が、燃料導管(25)に接続されており、該燃料導管(25)内に、燃料が、圧送ポンプ(28)によりタンク(29)から圧送される、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 燃料噴射弁(10)と圧送ポンプ(28)との間に設けられた燃料導管(25)内に、絞り箇所(26)と弁(27)とが配置されている、請求項3記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 弁(27)が、2ポート2位置切換弁(27)の形で形成されており、該2ポート2位置切換弁(27)が、開放位置と閉鎖位置とを取ることができる、請求項4記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 2ポート2位置切換弁(27)の開放位置で、燃料が、2ポート2位置切換弁(27)により絞られずに、燃料噴射弁(19)へ流れる、請求項5記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 2ポート2位置切換弁(27)の閉鎖位置で、燃料が、絞り箇所(26)を通って燃料噴射弁(10)へ流れる、請求項5又は6記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 燃料噴射弁(10)の渦流装置(23)に印可される燃料圧が、2ポート2位置切換弁(27)の切換位置に関係している、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 圧力低下が、燃料噴射弁(10)の渦流装置(60)の手前で、燃料噴射弁(10)の閉鎖時に弁ニードル(33)を制動することにより達成可能である、請求項1又は2記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 弁ニードル(33)が、閉鎖過程で、可動子(50)の流出側で弁ニードル(33)に配置されたストッパ体(45)に当接する、請求項9記載の燃料噴射システム。
- ストッパ体(45)が、軸方向に摺動可能に弁ニードル(33)に配置されている、請求項10記載の燃料噴射システム。
- 可動子(50)が、弁ニードル(33)に溶接されたフランジ(51)を介して、ストッパ体(45)と作用結合している、請求項11記載の燃料噴射システム。
- ストッパ体(45)が、ばね(38)を介して、燃料噴射弁(10)のノズル体(32)で支持される、請求項9から12までのいずれか1項記載の燃料噴射システム。
