Claims (4)

  1. コロイド状磁気粒子におけるサイズが5と10,000nmとの間、そしてより好ましくは100と500nmとの間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項記載の方法。
  2. そのリガンドは、(ポリ)カルボハイドレイト/エレクチン、ビオチン又はビオチン化合物/アビジン又はストレプトアビジン、タンパク質受容体及びその特定リガンド、及びハプテン/抗体などの結合対の双方の一方から選択されることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
  3. 固定されリガンド、ペプチド、糖タンパク質、リポタンパク質及び他の類似物を遊離又は複合形状で含むタンパク質、DNA又はRNA及びこれらの相同体などの核酸、単糖又は2糖、オリゴ糖、および多糖などの糖類、脂質、ホルモン、受容体、代謝産物又は他の生物的物質から選択され化合物であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
  4. 本標識が、視覚化し、光学的に機械的又は電気的に特徴付けできることを特徴とする請求項14記載の方法。
