Claims (12)

  1. スクリューキャップ用の１成分シール及びライナー(1)であって、容器の首部にシール(3)を接合するための誘導加熱シール可能な系を形成する下部層(4、5)を有するシール(3)、このシール(3)の外周内全体に存在する自由タブ(50)を含む、誘導加熱シール可能な系の最上層(5)に接合したシール基材(7)、ライナー(2)の層、及びタブ(50)を含むシール基材(7)をライナー(2)に接合するための剥離層(11)を含む接合手段(10、11、12)を含み、シール(3)及びライナー(2)が、サンプルストリップ幅25mmにおいて1500mm/minの速度で20〜90gの剥離強度を有する剥離層において互いに剥離することを特徴とする、１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  2. 前記接合手段が、シール基材の最上層を形成するポリエチレンテレフタレートの層(10)、ニトロセルロースもしくはシリコーン化合物により形成されている剥離層(11)、及びライナー(2)の表面下の低密度ポリエチレンの層(12)により形成されている、請求項１記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  3. ライナー(2)が食品グレード厚紙(13)又は発泡ポリエチレンのような発泡プラスチックの層(16)により形成されている、請求項１記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  4. ライナーが発泡プラスチック材料の層(16)を含む場合、接合手段の低密度ポリエチレンの層(12)とフォーム層(16)の間にポリプロピレンの層(14)が含まれる、請求項３記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  5. シールが発泡ポリオレフィンのような発泡ポリマーの層(7)、及び発泡層(7)の一部にタブ(50)を与えるよう結合したポリエチレンテレフタレートの層(10)を有する基材を含む、請求項１〜４のいずれか１項に記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  6. ポリエチレンテレフタレート、ナイロンもしくはポリプロピレンのさらなる層(8)が発泡層(7)とポリエチレンテレフタレートの層(10)の間のそれらが結合していない領域に挿入されている、請求項５記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
  7. 請求項１〜６のいずれか１項に記載の１成分シール及びライナー(1)を含むスクリューキャップ。
  8. キャップ(20)の上部に対して１成分シール及びライナー(1)を適所に保持する、周辺に延在するリブ(21)をさらに含む、請求項７記載のスクリューキャップ。
  9. １成分シール及びライナー(1)がキャップ内で自由に回転する、請求項８記載のスクリューキャップ。
  10. シールが容器の口部に密閉されて液体もしくは固体物質を封入する、請求項７記載のキャップを取り付けた容器。
  11. 前記液体もしくは固体物質が飲み物又は食べ物である、請求項１０記載の容器。
  12. スクリューキャップ用の１成分シール及びライナー(1)であって、
    容器の首部にシール(3)を接合するための誘導加熱シール可能な系を形成する下部層(4、5)及びシールの外周内全体に存在する自由タブ(50)を含むシール基材(7)を含むシール(3)、及び
    剥離層(11)を介してシール(3)に剥離可能に接合したライナーの層(2)
    を含み、前記シールがさらに、
    第一の領域においてシール基材(7)に結合しているが第二の領域においてはシール基材に結合していない最上層、及び
    第二の領域においてシール基材(7)と最上層の間に挿入された中間層(8)
    を含み、この中間層(8)がシール基材(7)に結合しておらず、自由タブ(50)を形成することを特徴とする１成分シール及びライナー(1)。
