Claims (39)
- 使い捨て型エアロゾル発生器に蓄えられた流体を気化させるために適合したヒーターを含む吸入器デバイスとともに使用される使い捨て型エアロゾル発生器であって、
密封されたチャンバーと、流出口とを含む使い捨て型本体部を含み、この場合、使い捨て型本体部は、前記チャンバーを規定する第1および第2の材料層を含み、前記チャンバーは、チャンバー内の流体がヒーターによって気化させられたときに流出口から噴出させられる所定量の流体を収容する、

- 抵抗発熱材の層が、チャンバーのサイズと同一の広がりを有するパターンで配置された細片を含む、請求項12に記載の吸入器デバイス。
- エアロゾル発生器の流出口に隣接して配置された分配用構成要素をさらに含み、流出口から噴出される気化させられた流体が分配用構成要素における通路を通過する、請求項10に記載の吸入器デバイス。
- 使い捨て型本体部は、一定間隔で離れて置かれた一連のエアロゾル発生器を含み、そして、使い捨て型本体部は、吸入器デバイスに収まるように設計され、その結果、ヒーターにより、それぞれのエアロゾル発生器のチャンバーにおける流体が加熱され得る放出位置にそれぞれの各エアロゾル発生器を進めることができるようになっている、請求項10に記載の吸入器デバイス。

- 請求項11に記載される吸入器デバイスを使用してエアロゾルを形成させる方法であって、第1および/または第2の層を、流出口を形成させるように切り離し、そして、チャンバー内の流体を気化させ、気化させた流体を流出口から噴出させるようにヒーターを作動させることを含む方法。
- 使い捨て型本体部が、一定間隔の離れて置かれた一連のエアロゾル発生器を含み、そして、ヒーターにより、第1のエアロゾル発生器のチャンバー内の流体を加熱し、流体をその中で気化させることができる位置に、前記エアロゾル発生器の第1のエアロゾル発生器を配置させるように、使い捨て型本体部を吸入器デバイスに対して移動させることを含む、請求項21に記載の方法。

- 下部表面における第1の材料層がリザーバーを覆い、上部表面における第2の材料層が流路を覆い、使い捨て型本体部がポリマー材料を含み、第1の材料層がポリマー薄膜を含み、第2の材料層が耐熱性材料を含む、請求項25に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 使い捨て型本体部は、多数の密閉されたチャンバーを有する円形の本体部を含み、円形の本体部はその外側外縁に歯車の歯を含む、請求項25に記載のエアロゾル発生器。
- 開口用デバイスが吸入器デバイスの一部に動かないように取り付けられ、そして、吸入器デバイスが、流出口を形成するように使い捨て型本体部を移動させて開口用デバイスとの係合状態にする持上げ機構を含む、請求項13に記載の吸入器デバイス。
- 吸入器デバイスがハウジングおよびカバーを含み、カバーは、カバーが開位置にあるとき、吸入器デバイスにおける使い捨て型本体部の挿入を可能にするようにハウジングに対して可動性である、請求項10に記載の吸入器デバイス。
- ヒーターがカバーの下部表面に取り付けられ、ハウジングはさらに、流出口を形成するように使い捨て型本体部を移動させて開口用デバイスとの係合状態にする持上げ機構を含む、請求項29に記載の吸入器デバイス。

- 流出口を形成するように使い捨て型本体部を移動させて開口用デバイスとの係合状態にする持上げ機構をさらに含み、持上げ機構は、使い捨て型本体部における開口部に収容される支軸と、シャフトに取り付けられている支軸カムとを含み、支軸カムが、シャフトの回転時に使い捨て型本体部に対して支軸を押しつける、請求項33に記載の吸入器デバイス。
- シャフトに取り付けられている歯車をさらに含み、歯車は、使い捨て型本体部の外側外縁の歯車の歯とかみ合い、シャフトの回転時に使い捨て型本体部の回転を行わせる、請求項34に記載の吸入器デバイス。

- 流体が、ピストンを使い捨て型本体部に対して押しつけることによってチャンバーから押し出される、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 使い捨て型本体部が、ヒーターに向かう方向およびヒーターから離れる方向で垂直方向に可動性であり、そして、流体をヒーターにより気化させる前に、使い捨て型本体部を、ヒーターの垂直方向の下に間隔を置いて置かれた第1のピストン位置から、ヒーターに近い第2の位置に移動させる工程を含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
