Abstract
Description
用いられる抗凝固剤は、カルシウムで平衡化されたリチウムヘパリンであった。ヘパリンは、約3000から約7450IU毎ミリリットル(USP)を有する濃厚な水溶液中に存在する。そのような溶液は、Celsus Laboratories, Inc.から商業的に入手可能である。
Claims (22)
- 濃厚な抗凝固剤の水溶液を提供する工程と、
加圧空気の流れを提供する工程と、
前記加圧空気の流れと流体連通する第1のチャンバを有し、および前記抗凝固剤の溶液と流体連通する第2のチャンバを有するノズルを提供する工程と、
前記抗凝固剤の溶液が前記第2のチャンバを出る際に、前記抗凝固剤の溶液を微細な霧滴へと霧化する工程と、
前記滴を前記加圧空気の流れの内部へと誘導し、前記滴を基材の表面に向けて誘導し、前記表面を前記抗凝固剤の溶液で被覆する工程と
を具えたことを特徴とする抗凝固剤で基材を被覆するための方法。 - 前記表面の上に温風を強制することによって、前記基板の前記表面上の前記抗凝固剤の溶液を乾燥させ、前記抗凝固剤の溶液から水を蒸発させ、そこに固体の抗凝固剤の被覆を残す工程をさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記温風が少なくとも約40℃であり、およびさらに前記温風は約60℃以下であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記温風は少なくとも約5秒間にわたって前記表面上に強制され、およびさらに、前記温風は約60秒間以下で前記表面上に強制されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記温風は少なくとも約5メートル毎秒の速度で前記表面上に強制され、およびさらに、前記温風は約15メートル毎秒以下の速度で前記表面上に強制されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。

前記抗凝固剤の溶液が前記スプレイノズルの他方の前記第2のチャンバを出る際に、約1から約20マイクロリットルまでの前記抗凝固剤の溶液を、微細な霧滴へと霧化する工程と;
前記滴を前記他方のスプレイノズルを出る前記加圧空気の流れの中へと誘導し、シリンジの内部部分に向かって前記滴を誘導し、前記抗凝固剤の溶液で前記部分を被覆する工程と;
前記基材の前記表面上の前記抗凝固剤の溶液を乾燥して、前記抗凝固剤の溶液から水を蒸発させ、そこに固体の抗凝固剤の物理的被覆を残す工程と
を具えたことを特徴とする抗凝固剤でシリンジの内部部分を被覆するための方法。 - 前記乾燥工程が、前記表面上に温風を強制することをさらに具えたことを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
