Claims (15)
- クラッチであって、クラッチディスク(12)と、対向する摩擦パッド(24、25)を支持し該パッド間にクラッチディスク(12)が収容されているキャリパ手段(10)と、対向する摩擦パッド(24、25)を付勢しクラッチディスク(12)と摩擦係合させるための付勢手段(32)と、モータ手段(2、3)と、付勢手段(32)によって加えられた付勢力に対抗して、対向する摩擦パッド(24、25)を互いに変位させるためにモータ手段(2、3)により駆動可能なスクリュー作動手段(17〜22)とを含み、前記クラッチディスク(12)及びキャリパ手段(10)は各々、入力側部材(9)又は出力側部材(13)に接続されており、
スクリュー作動手段は、ねじが逆向きの2個のスクリュー/ナットアクチュエータ(17〜22)を含み、スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータ(17〜22)はクラッチディスク(12)と同軸であり、各アクチュエータのナット(17、18)及びスクリュー(21、22)の一方は、入力側部材(9)又は出力側部材(13)に対して回転可能に支持されており、各アクチュエータの前記ナット(17、18)及びスクリュー(21、22)の他方は、対向する摩擦パッド(24、25)に係合しており、モータ手段(2、3)は2個のモータを含み、各モータは、クラッチディスク(12)に対して同軸であると共に、各スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータ(17〜22)に駆動可能に接続されていることを特徴とするクラッチ。 - スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータ(17〜22)は、互いに強固に連結されたスクリュー(21、22)を有し、前記スクリューは、対向する摩擦パッド(24、25)に係合している、請求項1に記載のクラッチ。
- モータ(2、3)は、電気モータであり、軸に対して同芯であるか又は直交している、請求項1又は2に記載のクラッチ。
- 各モータ(2、3)は、歯車駆動系(28〜31)を介して各スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータに係合している、請求項3に記載のクラッチ。
- 各歯車駆動系が、モータ(2、3)のロータ(27)に接続されたリング歯車(28)と、スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータのナット(17、18)に接続された外歯ナット歯車(31)と、リング歯車(28)及びナット歯車(31)に係合する中間歯車(29)とを含み、前記中間歯車(29)は質量体(6)に回転可能に支持されており、質量体(6)は、クラッチディスク(12)に同軸に設けられ且つ入力側部材(9)に支持されている、請求項4に記載のクラッチ。
- 質量体(6)は2個の質量体部分(4、5)を有し、一方の質量体部分(4)は入力側部材(9)に強固に連結されており、他方の質量体部分(5)は、第1の質量体部分(4)対し回転可能に支持されていると共にキャリパ手段(10)に強固に連結されており、更に、前記質量体(4、5)は、トルクを伝達するために、接線方向に向けられたバネ(8)を介して相互に係合しており、各質量体部分(4、5)は、対応する歯車駆動系の一組の中間歯車(29)を支持している、請求項5に記載のクラッチ。
- アクチュエータのナット(17、18)は、キャリパ手段(10)に強固に連結された質量体部分(5)に対し、互いに反対向きのアンギュラコンタクト軸受(15、16)を介して、回転可能に支持されている、請求項6に記載のクラッチ。
- 付勢手段は圧縮バネ(32)を含み、該バネは、ブラインド穴(33)に収容されていると共に、一方の組の摩擦パッド(24)を支持するプレッシャープレート(23)と係合している、請求項7に記載のクラッチ。
- アクチュエータのスクリュー(21、22)は、スプライン/溝接続(34)及び当接部(33)を介して、前記一方の組の摩擦パッド(24)を支持しているプレッシャープレート(23)に連結されており、キャリパ手段(10)は内方に延びたブラケット(11)を有し、ブラケット(11)は他方の組の摩擦パッド(25)を支持し、クラッチディスク(12)は軸方向に平行移動可能である、請求項8に記載のクラッチ。
- モータ手段(2、3)のステータ(26)はハウジング(1)に強固に連結され、前記ハウジング(1)には、入力側部材(9)のための開口(34)及び出力側部材(13)のための開口(35)が同軸且つ対向して設けられている、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のクラッチ。
- スクリュー/ナットアクチュエータ(17〜22)は、ボールタイプ、ローラタイプ又は摩擦タイプのアクチュエータからなる、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のクラッチ。
- ボールスクリューアクチュエータは、スクリュー内に収容されたボール循環手段を有する、請求項11に記載のクラッチ。
- 電気モータは、発電機として駆動可能である、請求項3〜9のいずれかに記載のクラッチ。
- 電気モータは、トルクを増大させるために調和させて駆動可能である、請求項3〜9及び13のいずれかに記載のクラッチ。
- 自動バランス調整装置が設けられている、前記請求項のいずれかに記載のクラッチ。
