Abstract
Description
マスターシリンダは、一方の端がブレーキペダルに、他方の端が制動装置に接続されている。マスターシリンダがポンプの作用を妨げないようにするために、マスターシリンダと制動装置の間にソレノイド弁が配置されている。センサがマスターシリンダの変位を検出すると、前記ソレノイド弁を閉じて、マスターシリンダを可逆的に制動装置から遮断できるようになっている。
図1は、車両用の、本発明の電動油圧ブレーキ回路1を示しており、このブレーキ回路にはマスターシリンダ2が含まれている。電動油圧ブレーキ回路1には、ブレーキペダル3、ブレーキペダルの変位を感知して指令C1を発することにより油圧ポンプ5を作動させる変位センサ4、作動液7の貯留部6、制動装置F、及びマスターシリンダ2に接続されているブレーキ動作シミュレータ8も含まれている。
Claims (11)
- 車両用の電動油圧ブレーキ回路(1)において、
前記ブレーキ回路はマスターシリンダ(2)を含んでおり、前記マスターシリンダ(2)には、プライマリチャンバ(10)とブレーキ動作シミュレータ(8)のチャンバ(30)とが設けられ、前記プライマリチャンバ(10)は、一方の端部がプライマリピストン(9)によって閉じられ、セカンダリピストン(11)の外周(14)上の周辺溝(16)内に配置されたOリングガスケット(22)によって前記シミュレータのチャンバ(30)から隔離されるように構成された前記ブレーキ回路であって、前記セカンダリピストン(11)には、前記シミュレータのチャンバから前記プライマリチャンバに圧力を逃がせるようにする手段が設けられていることを特徴とするブレーキ回路。 - 前記圧力逃がし手段は、前記セカンダリピストン(11)内に設けら少なくとも1つの圧力逃がし管路(32)を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、ガスケット(22)を迂回していることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、前記溝(16)を起点に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から3の何れか一項に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、前記溝(16)の底壁(17)を起点に設けられており、前記底壁の面は前記セカンダリピストン(11)の軸に平行であることを特徴とする請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、前記溝(16)の前記底壁(17)を起点に設けられており、前記セカンダリピストン(11)の直径(34)の少なくとも一部分(33)を通過し、前記一部分から前記セカンダリピストンに対して軸方向に設けられた穴(36)を経由して前記プライマリチャンバ(10)の中に開口していることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、前記セカンダリピストン(11)の直径(34)の前記一部分(33)に垂直な穴(36)を経由して開口していることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)は、前記溝(16)のカラー(21)を起点に設けられ、前記カラーの面は前記セカンダリピストン(11)の軸(20)に垂直であることを特徴とする請求項1から7の何れか一項に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記ガスケット(22)は、弾性が有り、漏れに対する密封性を有することを特徴とする請求項1から8の何れか一項に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記圧力逃がし管路(32)には、作動液が前記プライマリチャンバ(10)から前記シミュレータのチャンバ(30)に流れるのを妨ぐ逆止手段(48)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1から9の何れか一項に記載の回路(1)。
- 前記手段(48)は逆止弁(48)から成ることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の回路(1)。
