Claims (58)
- 選択試料処理装置とともに用いるために試料処理システムを適合させる方法であって、
試料処理システムを提供するステップであって、該試料処理システムが、
試料処理装置を受容するように構成された、熱構造を含むベースプレートと、
回転軸を中心に前記ベースプレートを回転させるように構成された駆動システムと、
システムコントローラと、
前記ベースプレートと前記駆動システムとの間に配置された、前記回転軸を中心に前記ベースプレートを回転させるために前記ベースプレートを前記駆動システムに取り外し可能に取り付ける接続装置とを含み、該接続装置が、
前記駆動システムに固定して取り付けられた駆動側コネクタと、
前記ベースプレートに固定して取り付けられたプレート側コネクタとを含むステップと、
前記駆動側コネクタを前記プレート側コネクタと噛合させることにより前記ベースプレートを前記駆動システムに動作可能に取り付けるステップと、

前記ベースプレートに近接した磁界であって、前記駆動システムを用いて前記回転軸を中心に前記ベースプレートを回転させる際に前記ベースプレートに動作可能に取り付けられた前記発電コイルが前記磁界を通過し、さらに発電された電気が前記ベースプレート上の前記電動装置を作動させるように前記発電コイルが前記電動装置に動作可能に接続された磁界とを含むシステム。 - 前記接続装置が前記駆動側コネクタおよび前記プレート側コネクタ上の電気コネクタを含むことにより、電気信号が前記電気コネクタを介して前記ベースプレートと前記システムコントローラとの間で受け渡しされる、請求項51に記載のシステム。
- 前記電動装置が前記ベースプレート上の前記熱構造と熱連通している熱電モジュールを含む、請求項51に記載のシステム。
- 前記電動装置が前記ベースプレート上の前記熱構造と熱連通している電気抵抗ヒータを含む、請求項51に記載のシステム。
- 前記電動装置が温度センサを含む、請求項51に記載のシステム。
- 前記電動装置が前記電動装置および前記システムコントローラと通信しているベースプレート・マイクロプロセッサを含む、請求項51に記載のシステム。
- 前記ベースプレート・マイクロプロセッサが、前記接続装置の前記駆動側コネクタおよび前記プレート側コネクタ内の電気コネクタを介して前記システムコントローラと通信している、請求項56に記載のシステム。
