Claims (14)
- 液体の試料(5)を自動熱処理するための機器(1)であって、
前記試料(5)を収容する複数の容器(4)を装着するための温度制御されたレセプタクル(28)であって、前記装着された容器(4)と熱伝達を形成するように構成されるレセプタクル(28)と、
前記試料(5)から放射される放射光(24)を検出する1または2以上の検出器(11)を備える検出装置(10)と、前記放射光(9、24)を前記検出装置(10)へ伝達する複数の光ファイバー(13、14)を備える結合装置(12)とを備える検出モジュール(6)であって、前記光ファイバー(13、14)は第1の端部および第2の端部(15、17)を有し、各光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)および前記第2の端部(17)が互いに対して固定されている検出モジュール(6)と、
前記容器(4)が前記レセプタクル(28)に装着されること、または前記レセプタクル(28)から離脱されることを可能にし、かつ前記レセプタクル(28)に装着された1または2以上の前記容器(4)に収容される前記試料(5)からの光(24)の検出を可能にするために、前記結合装置(12)と前記レセプタクル(28)との間の相互距離を変更する方法で、前記結合装置および/または前記レセプタクル(28)を移動させる移動機構(52)と
を含み、
個々の前記光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)と前記第2の端部(17)との間のマッピングが、データ記憶装置(115)に格納される機器(1)。 - 前記移動機構(52)が、前記レセプタクル(28)を静止させた状態のまま、前記結合装置(12)を移動させるように構成される請求項1記載の機器(1)。
- 前記移動機構(52)が、前記検出モジュール(6)を移動させるように構成される請求項2記載の機器(1)。
- 前記光ファイバー(13、14)が、前記放射光(9、24)を前記検出装置(10)に伝達する放射ファイバー(14)と、励起光(9)を前記試料(5)に伝達する励起ファイバー(13)とを含む請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記励起ファイバーおよび放射ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)が、少なくとも1つのプレート状の固定エレメント(16)によって固定され、前記励起ファイバーおよび放射ファイバー(13、14)の前記第2の端部(17)が、少なくとも1つの別のプレート状の固定エレメント(18、19)によって固定されている請求項4記載の機器(1)。
- 前記結合装置(12)が、前記試料(5)を収容する複数のウェル(4)を有するマルチウェルプレート(3)を覆って配置されるシールカバー(34)を加熱するためのカバーヒーター(64)を備える請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記カバーヒーター(64)が、前記シールカバー(34)と物理的に接触するように構成される加熱されたプレート状の加熱部材(66)を含み、該加熱部材(66)が、前記光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)を収容する複数の開口部(78)を備える請求項6記載の機器(1)。
- 前記光ファイバー(13、14)が前記加熱部材(66)から熱的に分離されている請求項7記載の機器(1)。
- 前記開口部(78)が、前記加熱部材(66)が前記マルチウェルプレート(3)と接触する場合にキャビティーを形成するように構成され、該キャビティーが前記ウェル(4)間を互いに光学的に遮蔽するように適合されている請求項7または8記載の機器(1)。
- 前記加熱部材(66)が、前記ウェル(4)を前記レセプタクル(28)の凹部(33)に圧入するために、前記マルチウェルプレート(3)に機械的な力を加えるように構成される請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 前記結合装置(12)が、前記データ記憶装置(115)を備える請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の機器(1)。
- 液体の試料(5)を自動熱処理する方法であって、
前記試料(5)を収容する複数の容器(4)を装着する温度制御されたレセプタクル(28)と光ファイバー(13、14)の端部(15)との間の相互距離を変更する工程を含んでなり、
前記レセプタクル(28)は前記装着された容器(4)と熱伝達を形成するように構成され、前記光ファイバー(13、14)は第1および第2の端部(15、17)を有し、光(9、24)を伝達するために各光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)および前記第2の端部(17)が互いに対して固定され、前記相互距離の変更が、前記容器(4)が前記レセプタクル(28)に装着され、または前記レセプタクルから離脱されることを可能にし、かつ前記レセプタクル(28)に装着された1または2以上の前記容器(4)に収容される前記試料(5)からの光(24)の検出を可能にし、前記方法がさらに、
個々の前記光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)と前記第2の端部(17)との間のマッピングを決定する工程と、
個々の前記光ファイバー(13、14)の前記第1の端部(15)と前記第2の端部(17)との間のマッピングを、データ記憶装置(115)に格納する工程とを含む、
方法。 - 前記光ファイバー(13、14)の前記端部(15、17)が、前記レセプタクル(28)を静止させた状態で該レセプタクル(28)に対して動かされる請求項12記載の方法。
