Description
光ヘッドデバイスから発出する、所定の波長を有すると共に所定の開口数を有する、集束させた放射ビームによって、記録するための少なくとも一つの記録層を有する記録スタック、
光ヘッドデバイスによる衝撃から記録スタックを保護するための、記録スタックと光ヘッドデバイスとの間における保護コーティングスタック
を含む。
記録スタックから最も離れて存在する第一の層、
第一の層に隣接する第二の層、
の多層を含み、
前記第一の層は、40nmよりも小さい厚さを有すると共に1.5J/m2よりも小さい表面エネルギーを備えた表面を有し、
前記第二の層は、10GPaよりも小さく0.001GPaよりも大きいヤング率Eを有することを特徴とする、光記憶システムで達成される。

Claims (13)
- 光記憶媒体及び光ヘッドデバイスを含み、
前記媒体は、
その少なくとも一つの側に堆積させられた基板、
前記光ヘッドデバイスから発出する所定の波長を有すると共に所定の開口数を有する集束した放射ビームによって記録する少なくとも一つの記録層を有する記録スタック、並びに
前記光ヘッドデバイスによる衝撃から前記記録スタックを保護する、前記記録スタック及び前記光ヘッドデバイスの間における光学的に透明な保護コーティングスタック
を含む光記憶システムであって、
前記保護コーティングスタックは、少なくとも
前記記録スタックから最も離れて存在する第一の層、及び
前記第一の層に隣接する第二の層
の多層を含み、
前記第一の層は、40nmよりも小さい厚さを有すると共に1.5J/m2よりも小さい表面エネルギーを備えた表面を有し、
前記第二の層は、10GPaよりも小さく0.001GPaよりも大きいヤング率Eを有する
ことを特徴とする光記憶システム。 - 前記第一の層の材料は、H又はより硬い鉛筆硬度を有する請求項1に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第一の層は、20nmよりも小さい厚さを有する請求項1又は2に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第一の層は、10nmよりも小さい厚さを有する請求項1又は2に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第一の層の表面は、1013Ω/平方よりも小さい電気抵抗を有する請求項1に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第二の層は、125μmよりも小さい厚さを有する請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第二の層は、1GPaよりも小さいヤング率Eを有する請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第二の層は、30μmよりも小さい厚さを有する請求項6又は7に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第二の層は、UV光硬化性アクリル樹脂を含む請求項6に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第一の層は、窒化ケイ素、酸化ケイ素、オキシ窒化ケイ素、及びダイヤモンド様炭素(DLC)の群より選択される材料を含む請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の光記憶システム。
- 前記第一の層は、前記第二の層の臨界表面応力を超える表面応力を有する請求項1に記載の光記憶システム。
- 請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光記憶システムに記載された光記憶媒体。
- 高密度の光記録の用途における請求項1乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の光記憶システムにおける光記憶媒体の使用であって、
前記光ヘッドデバイスは、前記媒体における読み取り及び書き込みの間に、前記媒体の表面に対して0.2mmよりも近い距離に存在する使用。
