Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は、引張り力に対して強度がある非金属素材と、その周囲に配置された電気伝導性が高い複数の金属性線材と、からなる少なくとも1本の伝導体で構成したフレキシブル電気配線であって、引張り力に対して強度がある非金属素材(3)を、多数のアラミド繊維(4)を弱く結合した束で構成し、そのアラミド繊維の断面積は1本の金属線材(2)の断面積と等しくし、そして、この伝導体(1)を絶縁材(5)で周包してるフレキシブル電気配線である。

Claims (3)
- 引張り力に対して強度がある非金属素材と、その周囲に配置された電気伝導性が高い複数の金属性線材と、からなる少なくとも1本の伝導体で構成されたフレキシブル電気配線であって、
前記引張り力に対して強度がある非金属素材(3)が、多数のアラミド繊維(4)の弱く結合した束で構成され、その断面積は1本の金属性線材(2)の断面積と等しく、そして、前記伝導体(1)は絶縁材(5)で周包されていることを特徴とするフレキシブル電気配線。 - 前記アラミド繊維(4)は、湿気を防止するため樹脂又はワックスで被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のフレキシブル電気配線。
- 前記線材(2)が、銅からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のフレキシブル電気配線。
