第2の部分的な凝縮により得られる液相は、前記成分のうちの1つが富化され、その結果として生じた流体は、第2の生成物として回収される、
前記第2の生成物は、少なくとも部分的に液体である、
塔内のオーバーヘッドガスの部分的な凝縮は、この塔の底部からの予備膨張された液体との熱交換により行われる、
前記膨張された底部液体の気化から結果的に生じたガスの一部は、供給混合物に添加される、および、
蒸留圧力は、不純ヘリウムの製造圧力と実質的に等しい。
供給混合物を蒸留圧力まで持っていくための手段と、
この蒸留圧力においてこの供給混合物を冷却するための熱交換ラインと、
その底部が熱交換ラインのコールドエンド(cold end)に連結され、かつ頂部凝縮器が取り付けられている蒸留塔と、
この頂部凝縮器の凝縮流路からくる気相を冷却し、部分的に凝縮させるために好適な熱交換器と、
この熱交換器のコールドエンドに連結された相分離器と、
この分離器からくる気相を不純ヘリウム生成物として回収するための手段と
を備えるタイプのものであって、
これはさらに、液体生成物の産出量を様々に変えて生成するための可変速度の閉冷凍サイクルを含むことを特徴とする。
第一に、上で定義した不純ヘリウムの製造方法が行われ、この不純ヘリウムおよび前記液体生成物が、極低温部を有するヘリウムを精製し、必要に応じて液化するためのユニットへと送られることを特徴とする純粋ヘリウム製造方法、および、
第二に、上で定義した不純ヘリウムの製造ユニットと、極低温部を含むヘリウムを精製するための、および、必要に応じて液化するためのユニットとを備え、このユニットは、さきのユニットにより生成された不純ヘリウムおよび前記液体生成物が供給されるものであることを特徴とする純粋ヘリウム製造装置である。
Claims (14)
- ヘリウムおよび他のより重い成分を含有する供給ガス混合物から不純ヘリウムを生成するための方法であって、そのタイプは、
供給混合物を、蒸留圧力まで持っていき、
前記供給混合物を、この蒸留圧力において冷却し、蒸留塔(3)の底部へと導入し、
前記塔内のオーバーヘッドガスを、(4において)部分的に凝縮し、
その結果として生じたガス相を、これが部分的に凝縮するように(5において)冷却し、
この第2の部分的な凝縮から結果として生じたガス相を、不純ヘリウム生成物として回収し、さらに、前記成分のうちの少なくとも1つを、可変速度の閉冷凍サイクル(8)の実行により、液体生成物の形態で生成し、前記閉冷凍サイクルの速度は、前記液体生成物の産出量に依存することを特徴とするヘリウム製造方法。 - 前記冷凍サイクル(8)は、窒素サイクルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記第2の部分的な凝縮により得られる液相は、(7において)前記成分のうちの1つが富化され、その結果として生じた流体は、第2の生成物として回収されることを特徴とする請求項1または2のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記第2の生成物は、少なくとも部分的に液体であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
- 前記塔(3)内のオーバーヘッドガスの部分的な凝縮は、前記塔の底部からの予備膨張された液体との熱交換により行われることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のうちのいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 前記膨張された底部液体の気化から結果的に生じたガスの一部は、前記供給混合物に添加されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記蒸留圧力は、前記不純ヘリウムの製造圧力と実質的に等しいことを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- 純粋ヘリウムを製造するための方法であって、
請求項1ないし7のうちのいずれか1項記載の不純ヘリウムの製造方法を行い、および、
前記不純ヘリウムおよび前記液体生成物を、極低温部を有するヘリウムを精製し、必要に応じて液化するためのユニット(B)へと送る
ことを特徴とするヘリウム製造方法。 - ヘリウムおよび他のより重い成分を含有する供給ガス混合物から不純ヘリウムを生成するためのユニットであって、そのタイプは、
供給混合物を蒸留圧力まで持っていくための手段(1)と、
この蒸留圧力において前記供給混合物を冷却するための熱交換ライン(2)と、
その底部が前記熱交換ラインのコールドエンドに連結され、かつ頂部凝縮器(4)が取り付けられている蒸留塔(3)と、
前記頂部凝縮器(4)の凝縮流路からくる前記気相を冷却し、部分的に凝縮させるために好適な熱交換器(5)と、
前記熱交換器(5)のコールドエンドに連結された相分離器(6)と、
前記分離器(6)からくる気相を不純ヘリウム生成物として回収するための手段と
を備え、
さらに、液体生成物の産出量を様々に変えて生成するための可変速度の閉冷凍サイクル(8)を含む
ことを特徴とするヘリウム製造ユニット。 - 前記冷凍サイクル(8)は、窒素サイクルであることを特徴とする請求項9記載のユニット。
- さらに、前記相分離器(6)からくる液相を、前記成分のうちの1つで富化するための手段(7)、および、その結果として生じた流体を第2の生成物として回収するための手段(10,11)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9または10のいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 前記塔(3)は、その底部液体を膨張させ、膨張させた前記液体を前記頂部凝縮器(4)内の気化流路へと送るための手段(18)を備えることを特徴とする請求項9,10および11のうちのいずれか1項記載のユニット。
- 前記頂部凝縮器(4)のシェル(19)内に含まれるガスを、前記供給ガス混合物へとリサイクルするためのライン(20)を備えることを特徴とする請求項12記載のユニット。
- 純粋ヘリウムを製造するための装置であって、
請求項9ないし13のうちのいずれか1項記載の不純ヘリウムを製造するためのユニット(A)、および、
極低温部を有するヘリウムを精製し、必要に応じて液化するためのユニット(B)を備え、このユニット(B)は、前記ユニット(A)により製造された不純ヘリウムおよび前記液体生成物が供給されるものである
ことを特徴とするヘリウム製造装置。
