クリープ抵抗KBの測定のために、約7×7cm寸法の試験片を打ち抜き、実験室で25時間温度調節した。各3回の個々の測定の算術平均値により決定した。
厚さdを、0.50kPa及び6.2kPaの負荷をかけて測定した。以下の換算式によって、比容積(cm3/g)の値(相対密度の逆数)を得た。
Claims (22)
- 不織布から得られる三次元にエンボス加工されたシート状物であって、前記不織布(1)が繊維及び/又はフィラメント(3)から成り、両面に規則的又は不規則に交互に凸部(4a、8a)と凹部(4b、8b)が備えられている領域(5、7)を有し、前記領域が、エンボス加工されていない切れ目なく形成された範囲(6)によって装置進行方向(2)に対して横方向に相互に分割されており、前記範囲(6)が、装置進行方向に延在し且つエンボス加工前の不織布(1)表面に対して5%〜50%の割合を有し、前記凸部(4a、8a)と前記凹部(4b、8b)が、反対側から見るとそれぞれ凹部と凸部を形成しており、両面のこれら凸部が、前記エンボス加工されていない切れ目なく形成された範囲(6)の両面の仮想延長部により形成される平面28に対して、突出して形成されていることを特徴とする、シート状物。
- 前記両面の凸部(4a、8a)の頂点の大部分が、互いの距離Hが0.5mm〜5.5mmである仮想平面27に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシート状物。
- 前記両面の凸部(4a、8a)の頂点の大部分が、互いの距離Hが0.9mm〜4.5mmである仮想平面27に接触することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のシート状物。
- 前記範囲(6)が、前記不織布(1)の全面積に対して10%〜33%の割合であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 前記繊維又はフィラメントが、製造に使用される装置の進行方向(2)に主に方向づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 隣接する前記領域(5、7)の前記凸部(4a、8a)と前記凹部(4b、8b)が、格子状パターンにて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 前記凸部(4a)と前記凹部(8b)が、前記切れ目なく形成されている範囲の両側で、製造に使用される装置の進行方向(2)に対して対称に配置されるように、隣接する前記領域(5、7)の前記凸部(4a、8a)と前記凹部(4b、8b)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 隣接する前記領域(5、7)の前記凸部(4a、8a)と前記凹部(4b、8b)が、前記切れ目なく形成されている範囲(6)の両側で、製造に使用される装置の進行方向(2)に対して、互い違いになるように相互に関連づけられていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 隣接する前記領域(5、7)の前記凸部(4a、8a)と前記凹部(4b、8b)が、前記切れ目なく形成されている範囲(6)の両側で、製造に使用される装置の進行方向(2)に対して、非対称に相互にずらされて配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5の何れか一項に記載のシート状物。
- 請求項1〜9の何れか一項に記載のシート状物を製造する方法であって、平坦なウェブを、製造に使用される装置(2)の進行方向(2)に主に方向づけられている繊維及び/又はフィラメント(3)から形成し、前記ウェブの繊維及び/又はフィラメント(3)を互いに結合させ、次いで、このようにして得られた不織布に、65℃〜160℃の温度を有する少なくとも1つのエンボシングローラーを作用させ、それによって三次元の形状を有する不織布に変えることを特徴とする、シート状物の製造方法。
- 前記繊維又はフィラメントが、結合剤によって結合されることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤を前記ウェブの片面に適用することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
- 前記結合剤に湿潤剤が添加されていることを特徴とする、請求項11又は12に記載の方法。
- 前記切れ目なく形成された範囲(6)のみを、前記成形前、前記成形中又は前記成形後に、少なくとも1回、第2の結合剤を適用することによって補強することを特徴とする、請求項11から13の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の結合剤の適用が、前記切れ目なく形成された範囲(6)への吹付け又は捺染によって実施されることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記切れ目なく形成された範囲(6)に、両面から前記第2の結合剤が適用されることを特徴とする、請求項14から15の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 請求項10から16の何れか一項に記載の方法を実施するための装置であって、少なくとも2つのエンボシングローラー(21、22)が、不織布(20)がこれらのローラー間を通過することができ且つ成形されることができるように、咬み合う形態で備えられており、前記エンボシングローラー(21、22)が、歯車(11)を含み、これらの歯車が、スペーサ(12)によって互いに分離されて軸(13)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、装置。
- 前記歯車(11)が、平歯又は斜歯であることを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 前記エンボシングローラー(21、22)の前記歯車(11)が、同じ又は異なる材料から選択されており、且つ鉄、銅、アルミニウム及びこれらの合金、あるいはポリマーから成ることを特徴とする、請求項17又は18に記載の装置。
- 前記エンボシングローラー(21)の前記歯車(11)が、アルミニウムから成り、前記エンボシングローラー(22)の前記歯車(11)が、ポリアミドから成ることを特徴とする、請求項17又は18に記載の装置。
- 前記エンボシングローラーの1つのみが加熱されていることを特徴とする、請求項17から20の何れか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記加熱のために放熱装置(26)が備えられていることを特徴とする、請求項17から21の何れか一項に記載の装置。
