Abstract

Claims (24)
- 傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、該アセンブリは：
アンビル頭部；
中心ロッド；および、
該アンビルアセンブリ上に位置決めされるアバットメント；
を備え、該アンビル頭部は、該中心ロッドに旋回するように固定され、該アンビル頭部は、操作発射位置と傾斜減少プロフィール位置との間で旋回可能であり、該アバットメントは、該アンビル頭部を該傾斜減少プロフィール位置と該操作発射位置との間で動かすように可動である、アセンブリ。 - 前記アンビル頭部を前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置に推進するように位置決めされた付勢部材をさらに備える、請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 請求項２に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、前記中心ロッドは、長手方向貫通孔を備え、前記アンビルアセンブリは、内部スリーブおよび外部スリーブをさらに備え、該外部スリーブは、該中心ロッド貫通孔内に滑動可能に位置決めされ、そして前記アンビル頭部に作動可能に連結され、該内部スリーブは、該外部スリーブ内に滑動可能に位置決めされ、そして該アンビル頭部に作動可能に連結され、ここで、該付勢部材は、該内部スリーブおよび該外部スリーブを、傾斜減少プロフィール位置にアンビル頭部を動かすような位置に推進するように位置決めされる、傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 請求項３に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、該傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリは、打ち込みリンクおよび折り返しリンクをさらに備え、該打ち込みリンクは、前記外部スリーブと前記アンビル頭部との間に旋回可能に連結され、該戻しリンクは、該アンビル頭部と前記内部スリーブとの間に旋回可能に連結される、傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 請求項４に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、ここで前記アバットメントは、前記外部スリーブに位置決めされ、該アバットメントは、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置から前記操作発射位置までアンビルアセンブルを動かすための該アンビルアセンブリの接近の間、外科ステープリングデバイス上の表面に係合するように位置決めされる、傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、ここで、前記アンビル頭部は、ピボット部材によって前記中心ロッドに旋回可能に固定され、該ピボット部材は、横断方向軸を有し、該横断方向軸は、該中心ロッドの前記長手方向軸からオフセットされる、傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 前記中心ロッドが、複数の細片を有するガイドカラーを備える、請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 前記アンビル頭部が、外科ステープリングデバイス上に設けられたナイフに係合するように位置決めされる切断リングを備える、請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 前記中心ロッドが、縫合糸を受容するような大きさにされた少なくとも１つの貫通孔を備える、請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 請求項１に記載の傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリであって、ここで、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置において、前記アンビルアセンブリの長手方向軸と前記アンビル頭部の組織接触表面によって規定される面との間に定義される角度Θが、約２０°以上である、傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ。
- 外科ステープリングデバイスであって、該デバイスは：
ハンドル部分；
該ハンドル部分から遠位方向に延びる内視鏡本体部；
該内視鏡本体部の遠位端に支持されたシェルアセンブリ；および
傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ、
を備え、
該シェルアセンブリは、複数の外科ファスナーを収容し、
該傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリは、該シェルアセンブリの近傍に位置決めされる構成であり、該傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリは、アンビル頭部および中心ロッドを備え、該アンビル頭部は、該中心ロッドに旋回可能に固定され、そして操作発射位置と傾斜減少プロフィール位置との間で旋回可能であり、該アンビルアセンブリは、アバットメントを備え、該アバットメントは、該アンビルアセンブリおよびシェルアセンブリの接近に応じて、該傾斜減少プロフィール位置から該有効発射位置まで、該アンビル頭部を動かすように位置付けられる、外科ステープリングデバイス。 - 前記アンビルアセンブリは、バイアス部材を備え、該バイアス部材は、前記アンビル頭部を前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置に推進するように位置決めされる、請求項１０に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 請求項１２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイスであって、ここで、前記中心ロッドは、長手方向の貫通孔を備え、前記アンビルアセンブリは、内部スリーブおよび外部スリーブをさらに備え、該外部スリーブは、該中心ロッドの貫通孔内に滑動可能に位置決めされ、そして前記アンビル頭部に作動可能に接続され、該内部スリーブは、該外部スリーブ内に滑動可能に位置決めされ、そして前記アンビル頭部に作動可能に接続され、ここで前記バイアス部材は、該内部スリーブおよび該外部スリーブが、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置に該アンビル頭部を動かすような位置に推進されるように位置決めされる、外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 請求項１３に記載の外科ステープリングデバイスであって、該外科ステープリングデバイスは、駆動リンク（ｄｒｉｖｅ ｌｉｎｋ）および戻しリンク（ｒｅｔｕｒｎ ｌｉｎｋ）をさらに備え、該駆動リンクは、前記外部スリーブと前記アンビル頭部との間に旋回可能に連結され、該戻しリンクは、該アンビル頭部と前記内部スリーブとの間に旋回可能に連結される、外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 請求項１６に記載の外科ステープリングデバイスであって、ここで、前記アバットメントは、前記外部スリーブ上に位置決めされ、該アバットメントは、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置から前記有効発射位置まで前記アンビルアセンブリを動かすように該アンビルアセンブリが接近する間、該外科ステープリングデバイス上に形成される表面に係合するように位置決めされる、外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記アンビル頭部が、ピボット部材によって前記中心ロッドに旋回可能に固定され、該ピボット部材が、該中心ロッドの長手方向軸からからはずして位置決めされる長手方向軸を有する、請求項１７に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記中心ロッドが、複数の細片を有するガイドカラーを備える、請求項１２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記アンビル頭部が、前記外科ステープリングデバイス上に提供されるナイフに係合するように位置決めされる切断リングを備える、請求項１２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記中心ロッドが、縫合糸を受容するような大きさにされた少なくとも１つの貫通孔を備える、請求項１２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 請求項１２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイスであって、ここで、前記アバットメント部材は、前記傾斜トップアンビルアセンブリ上に支持された前記第１のアバットメント部材および前記シェルアセンブリに隣接するように支持された第２のアバットメント部材を備え、該第１のアバットメント部材は、前記アンビル頭部に作動可能に接続され、そして該第１のアバットメント部材は、該シェルアセンブリから間隔を空けられた位置から該第２のアバットメント部材との係合に空間的に近づいた位置までの該アンビルアセンブリの動きの間移動可能であり、該動きは、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置から有効発射位置までアンビル頭部を動かす、外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記シェルアセンブリ内に支持される環状スリーブをさらに備え、前記第２のアバットメント部材が、該環状スリーブ上に形成される、請求項２０に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 前記環状スリーブは、伸長位置から引込位置まで移動可能であり、第２のバイアス部材は、該環状スリーブを該伸長位置に推進するように位置決めされる、請求項２１に記載の外科ステープリングデバイス。
- 請求項２２に記載の外科ステープリングデバイスであって、ここで、前記第２のバイアス部材は、前記第１のバイアス部材より強い圧縮強さを有し、その結果、前記第１のアバットメント部材が前記第２のアバットメント部材に係合する場合、前記間隔を空けられた位置から前記空間的に近づいた位置までの前記アンビルアセンブリの動きの間に、該アンビル部材は、前記傾斜減少プロフィール位置から前記有効発射位置まで動かされ、その後、前記環状スリーブが、前記伸長位置から前記引込位置まで動く、外科ステープリングデバイス。
