Abstract
【解決手段】 変位センサ(10)において、可動部材(14)のシャフト(24)は筒状部分(26)をもつ。筒状部分(26)の一端は開口(26c)である。永久磁石などの棒状の磁気部材(28)の細い箇所にスペーサ32が外嵌され、その磁気部材(28)が開口(26c)から筒状部分(26)内に挿入される。磁気部材(28)の最も太い箇所とスペーサ32とが、筒状部分(26)の側壁(26b)に密着することで、磁気部材(28)が筒状部分(26)と同軸になるよう配置される。磁気部材(28)を軸方向に動かないよう固定するため、筒状部分(26)の開口(26c)にストッパ(26d)が施される。

Claims (5)
- 磁界を外部空間に提供するための磁界形成デバイス(14)において、
柱状の内部空間(26a)を囲んだ側壁(26b)をもつ筒状部分(26)を有し、前記筒状部分(26)の一端に開口(26c)を有するシャフト(24)と、
前記シャフト(24)の前記筒状部分(26)の前記内部空間(26a)内に入れられて前記筒状部分(26)に対して固定される、前記磁界を発生するための棒状の磁気部材(28)と、
前記磁気部材(28)に外嵌され且つ前記筒状部分(26)の前記側壁(26b)に密着して、前記磁気部材(28)の中心軸を前記筒状部分の規定位置(22)に固定するリング状のスペーサ(32)と
を有することを特徴とする磁界形成デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の磁界形成デバイスにおいて、
前記筒状部分(26)の前記開口(26c)の近傍に、前記磁気部材(28)を前記筒状部分(26)内で前記中心軸(22)方向に移動しないよう固定するストッパを有する磁界形成デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の磁界形成デバイスにおいて、
前記筒状部分(26)の側壁(26b)又は前記スペーサに、前記シャフト(24)の前記筒状部分(26)の前記内部空間(26a)と前記シャフト(24)の外部空間(30)とを連通するための穴(26e)又は溝(32c)が設けられている磁界形成デバイス。 - 請求項1記載の磁界形成デバイスにおいて、
前記スペーサが、前記筒状部分(26)の前記開口(26c)の近傍に配置され、
前記スペーサに、前記シャフト(24)の前記筒状部分(26)の前記内部空間(26a)と前記シャフト(24)の外部空間(30)とを連通するための穴(26e)又は溝(32c)が設けられ、
前記開口(26c)の近傍であって前記穴(26e)又は溝(32c)を塞がないような位置に、前記磁気部材(28)を前記筒状部分(26)内で前記中心軸(22)方向に移動しないよう固定するストッパを有する磁界形成デバイス。 - 磁気感応素子を有する本体(12)と、前記本体(12)に対し相対的に移動可能であり、変位に応じた強度をもつ磁界を前記磁気感応素子の位置に提供する磁界形成デバイス(14)とを備え、
前記磁界形成デバイス(14)が、
柱状の内部空間(26a)を囲んだ側壁(26b)をもつ筒状部分(26)を有し、前記筒状部分(26)の一端に開口(26c)を有するシャフト(24)と、
前記シャフト(24)の前記筒状部分(26)の前記内部空間(26a)内に入れられて前記筒状部分(26)に対して固定される、前記磁界を発生するための棒状の磁気部材(28)と、
前記磁気部材(28)に外嵌され且つ前記筒状部分(26)の前記側壁(26b)に密着して、前記磁気部材(28)の中心軸を前記筒状部分の規定位置(22)に固定するリング状のスペーサ(32)と
を有することを特徴とする変位センサ。
