Abstract
【解決手段】 LPGの気化ガスを所定圧力で保有させる調圧室22の入口側に具えさせた電気加熱気化手段10について、その加熱室11に設けた電気ヒータ12の下流側に多孔板部材19を設置し、電気ヒータ12で加熱気化した気化ガスに混入している液体LPGを多孔板部材19で捕捉分離して気化ガスのみを調圧室22に送入するようにした。

Claims (3)
- LPGの気化ガスを所定圧力で保有させる調圧室の入口側に液体LPGを加熱気化する温水加熱気化手段と電気加熱気化手段とを具えているLPG用レギュレータにおいて、
前記電気加熱気化手段の電気ヒータ下流部分に多孔板部材が設置され、前記多孔板部材は前記電気ヒータによって加熱気化した気化ガスに混入している液体LPGを分離して気化ガスのみを前記調圧室に送入させるものである、
ことを特徴とするLPG用レギュレータ。 - LPGの気化ガスを所定圧力で保有させる調圧室の入口側に液体LPGを加熱気化する温水加熱気化手段と電気加熱気化手段とを具えているLPG用レギュレータにおいて、
前記電気加熱気化手段が前記温水加熱気化手段の下流側に配置されているとともにその電気ヒータ下流部分に多孔板部材が設置され、前記多孔板部材は温水または電気ヒータによって加熱気化した気化ガスに混入している液体LPGを分離して気化ガスのみを前記調圧室に送入させるものである、
ことを特徴とするLPG用レギュレータ。 - 前記電気ヒータがPTCヒータであってその複数が所定間隔で平行に配置されて加熱室に縦に収装されているとともに、前記加熱室の前記PTCヒータ上方部分に前記多孔板部材が設置されており、液体LPGが前記加熱室に下方から流入して前記PTCヒータの間を上方に向かって流れる間に気化し、そして生成した気化ガスが前記多孔板部材を通過して前記調圧室に送入されるものとした、
請求項1または2に記載したLPG用レギュレータ。
