Abstract
【解決手段】電動モータ2のモータハウジング4の一端部に燃料ポンプ3のポンプハウジング7を結合し,このポンプハウジング7内のポンプ室8に,電動モータ2のロータ軸6aにより回転駆動されるポンプインペラ10を収容してなる電動燃料ポンプ装置において,Al合金製のポンプハウジング7及び強化繊維入り合成樹脂製のポンプインペラ10の両対向面の少なくとも一方に,高硬度で低摩擦係数のダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜33を形成した。

Claims (6)
- 電動モータ(2)のモータハウジング(4)の一端部に燃料ポンプ(3)のポンプハウジング(7)を結合し,このポンプハウジング(7)内のポンプ室(8)に,電動モータ(2)のロータ軸(6a)により回転駆動されるポンプインペラ(10)を収容してなる電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記ポンプハウジング(7)及び前記ポンプインペラ(10)の両対向面の少なくとも一方にダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜(33)を形成したことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記ポンプハウジング(7)をAl合金製とすると共に,このポンプハウジング(7)の,前記ポンプインペラ(10)に対向する回転摺動面にアルマイト被膜(31)を介して前記ダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜(33)を形成したことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記アルマイト被膜を,軟質アルマイト被膜(31)としたことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。 - 請求項2記載の電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記アルマイト被膜(31)及び前記ダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜(33)間に,その両被膜(31,33)に対して密着性の良好な中間被膜(32)を形成したことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。 - 請求項1記載の電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記ポンプインペラ(10)を,強化繊維入りの合成樹脂製とすると共に,このポンプインペラ(10)の,前記ポンプハウジング(7)に対向する回転摺動面に前記ダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜(33)を形成したことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。 - 請求項5記載の電動燃料ポンプ装置において,
前記ポンプインペラ(10)及び前記ダイヤモンド・ライク・カーボン被膜(33)間に,その両者(10,33)に対して密着性の良好な中間被膜(32)を形成したことを特徴とする,電動燃料ポンプ装置。
