Abstract
【解決手段】カセット30の一側面に位置してカセット30を反転させる反転部材10と、反転後のカセット30の一側面に位置し、ベース23、位置決め素子21及び転動体22を有する少なくとも一の移動式位置決め部材20と、を備え、位置決め素子21と転動体22がベース23上に固定され、転動体22が位置決め素子21とカセット30との間から突出して反転後のカセット30を垂直方向に位置決めし、位置決め素子21が反転後のカセット30を水平方向に位置決めする。

Claims (11)
- カセットを反転させ、反転させた前記カセットを位置決めするカセット反転位置決め装置であって、
前記カセットの一側面に位置して前記カセットを反転させる反転部材と、
反転後の前記カセットの一側面に位置し、ベース、位置決め素子及び転動体を有する少なくとも一の移動式位置決め部材と、を備え、
前記位置決め素子と前記転動体が前記ベース上に固定され、前記転動体が前記位置決め素子と前記カセットとの間から突出して反転後の前記カセットを垂直方向に位置決めし、前記位置決め素子が反転後の前記カセットを水平方向に位置決めすることを特徴とするカセット反転位置決め装置。 - 前記位置決め素子が位置決めストッパーであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記転動体が軸受若しくはトロリー車であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記軸受が転がり軸受又はニードル軸受であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記反転部材の駆動方式がシリンダー駆動またはサーボモータ駆動であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 反転後の前記カセットが予定位置に到達したか否かを検知する検出器を更に備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記検出器は前記反転部材及び前記移動式位置決め部材とつながり、前記カセットが予定位置に到達すると、前記検出器が信号を発して前記反転部材及び前記移動式位置決め部材の作動を停止させることを特徴とする請求項6に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記転動体と前記ベースとの間に弾性部材が設けられ、前記転動体に作用する押圧力を緩衝することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記弾性部材がバネであることを特徴とする請求項8に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記転動体と前記ベースとの間にシリンダーが設けられ、前記転動体に作用する押圧力を緩衝することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
- 前記転動体の半径が2〜15mmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカセット反転位置決め装置。
