Abstract
【解決手段】 アクリル繊維原料モノマーと顔料粒子とからなるブレンドモノマーを重合して得た紡糸液を紡糸して顔料着色アクリル繊維を得、次いで前記顔料着色アクリル繊維に架橋構造を導入した後、前記架橋構造を導入したアクリル繊維を加水分解することにより、任意の色相に着色した吸放湿発熱繊維を製造する。この着色吸放湿発熱繊維と、他の繊維とを混紡して混紡糸を得、次いで前記混紡糸を染色すること、又は、前記着色吸放湿発熱繊維と、予め染色した繊維とを混紡することにより、均一に着色した混紡糸を製造する。

吸湿率(質量%)=[(W2−W1)/W1]×100
により吸湿率を求めた。
DMF溶媒に、アクリロニトリル88質量部、アクリル酸メチルエステル9質量部及び着色剤として、平均粒径0.5μmの炭素顔料[東海カーボン(株)製、商品名シーストFY]3質量部のブレンド成分を添加し、ブレンダーで均一に混合してブレンドモノマーDMF溶液を得た。
実施例1で用いた混紡前の羊毛(WOOL#64)1kgを、日阪株式会社製/オーバーマイヤー高圧染機を用い、pH5.5の酸性染料で染色して染色糸を得た。このときの染色条件において、染色浴は1℃/分の速度で96℃まで昇温しトップ温度で60分保ち、1℃/分の条件で徐冷した。
実施例1のブレンドモノマーDMF溶液の調製においてDMF溶媒に顔料を添加しなかった以外は、実施例1と同様にして染色が施された混紡糸を得た。
比較例1で得られたポリマーDMF溶液に、平均粒径0.5μmの炭素顔料[東海カーボン(株)製、商品名シーストFY]3質量部(ポリマーと炭素顔料との合計量100質量部に対する量)を添加した。しかし、顔料はポリマーDMF溶液への分散が悪かった。このため、得られた吸放湿発熱繊維は、染色状態が不均一であった。
Claims (3)
- アクリル繊維原料モノマーと顔料粒子とからなるブレンドモノマーを重合して得た紡糸液を紡糸して顔料着色アクリル繊維を得、次いで前記顔料着色アクリル繊維に架橋構造を導入した後、前記架橋構造を導入したアクリル繊維を加水分解することを特徴とする着色吸放湿発熱繊維の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の製造方法で製造した着色吸放湿発熱繊維と、他の繊維とを混紡して混紡糸を得、次いで前記混紡糸を染色することを特徴とする着色混紡糸の製造方法。
- 請求項1に記載の製造方法で製造した着色吸放湿発熱繊維と、予め染色した繊維とを混紡することを特徴とする着色混紡糸の製造方法。
