Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明に係るSMB吸着分離工程システムは、流体混合物の少なくとも一つの成分が固体吸着剤と接触し、吸着された成分を着脱剤で再び分離する類似移動層(‘SMB’)吸着分離工程システムにおいて、ベッド内に形成された吸着剤層の上部に不活性粒子層を形成することを特徴とする。

Description
ピペットの内部に不活性粒子層を形成しなくて吸着剤層のみを形成した後、前記実施例と同一な方法で実験を遂行して吸着剤粒子の流動を観察した。観察結果に対する写真を図7に表した。

Claims (10)
- 流体混合物の少なくとも一つの成分が固体吸着剤と接触し、吸着された成分を着脱剤で再び分離する類似移動層吸着分離工程システムにおいて、ベッド内に形成された吸着剤層の上部に不活性粒子層を形成することを特徴とする、SMB吸着分離工程システム。
- 前記不活性粒子層は、アルミナボール、ムライトボール及びセラミックボールよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のSMB吸着分離工程システム。
- 前記不活性粒子層は、前記吸着剤層の上部に2〜3cmの厚さで形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のSMB吸着分離工程システム。
- 前記不活性粒子層の直径は、0.125〜0.25インチであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のSMB吸着分離工程システム。
- 流体混合物の少なくとも一つの成分が固体吸着剤に吸着し、吸着された成分を再び着脱剤で分離する類似移動層吸着分離工程において、
吸着分離しようとする流体混合物が、流入ポートを介してロータリーバルブと連結される多重アクセスラインを通じて吸着チェンバー(コラム)内に流入され、
前記流入された流体混合物が、前記吸着チェンバー内の各ベッドに形成された吸着剤層とその上部に形成された不活性粒子層とに接触し、
前記ベッドから相対的に吸着力が弱いラフィネートと前記着脱剤とが混合されたラフィネート混合流体を引出ポートに引出し、
前記ベッドから相対的に吸着力が強い抽出物と前記着脱剤とが混合された抽出物混合流体を引出ポートに引出し、及び
スイッチングタイムによって前記ロータリーバルブが回転することにより、前記流体混合物流入ポート、ラフィネート流出ポート、抽出物流出ポート及び着脱剤流入ポートが隣接する多重アクセスラインに連結されて作動する、
段階からなることを特徴とする、SMB吸着分離方法。 - 前記引き出されたラフィネート混合流体がラフィネートコラムで沸点が高い着脱剤と低いラフィネートとに分離され、分離された前記着脱剤を前記着脱剤流入ポートを通じて前記ベッドに再び供給し、そして前記ラフィネートを第1のドラムを通じて引き出すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のSMB吸着分離方法。
- 前記抽出された抽出物混合流体が抽出物コラムで沸点が高い着脱剤と低い抽出物とに分離され、分離された前記着脱剤を着脱剤流入ポートに追加着脱剤として循環させ、そして抽出物を第2のドラムで引き出すことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のSMB吸着分離方法。
- 前記不活性粒子層は、アルミナボール、ムライトボール及びセラミックボールよりなる群から選択されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のSMB吸着分離方法。
- 前記不活性粒子層は、前記吸着剤層の上部に2〜3cmの厚さに形成されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のSMB吸着分離方法。
- 前記不活性粒子層の直径は、0.125〜0.25インチであることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のSMB吸着分離方法。
