【解決手段】大径列の玉4Aの接触角θ1を30度以上40度以下にし、かつ、大径列の玉4Aの直径d1と外輪2の大径軌道部2aの外端の大径肩部2cの径方向厚みCとの関係を、1≧C/d1≧0.75にした。

Claims (3)
- 外輪の内周面に設けた大径と小径の軌道部それぞれと、内輪の外周面に設けた大径と小径の軌道部それぞれとの間に複数の玉を介装し、互いの接触角θ1,θ2の傾きを同じ向きにしてなる複列斜接玉軸受であって、
大径列の玉の接触角θ1を30度以上40度以下にし、かつ、大径列の玉の直径d1と外輪の大径軌道部の外端の大径肩部の径方向厚みCとの関係を、1≧C/d1≧0.75にしたことを特徴とする複列斜接玉軸受。 - 上記二列の玉それぞれの接触角θ1,θ2および直径d1,d2を同一にしたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の複列斜接玉軸受。
- ピニオンギヤが一端に設けられた金属製のピニオン軸を、該金属より線膨張係数の大きい金属からなるハウジングの内周に二つの斜接型転がり軸受を介して支持し、この二つの斜接型転がり軸受を背面組み合わせとして、この二つの斜接型転がり軸受に定位置予圧を付与したピニオン軸支持用軸受装置であって、
上記少なくともいずれか一方の斜接型転がり軸受を請求項1または2に記載の複列斜接玉軸受としたことを特徴とするピニオン軸支持用軸受装置。
