Abstract
【解決手段】第一の貯臓器14に発泡性の第一の流体を供給し、第一の流体を空気と共に多孔性物質59を通過させ、泡を含む中間生成物を得て排出口66に押し出し、第二の貯臓器44に第二の流動可能な物質(好ましくは、乾燥粒状物、又は、流体中の粒状物)を供給し、第二の流動可能な物質を、多孔性物質59を通過させることなく同時に排出口66へ払い出す。これによって、泡を含む中間生成物及び第二の流動可能な物質を含む最終生産物を製造する。

Description
本発明は、二成分を含む生産物流体を製造及び払出しするための払出装置に関し、一方の成分は粒状物又は高粘度流体のいずれかを含むことが好ましい。
粒子状の固形物を含む洗浄流体及び手用洗剤等の流体が知られている。これらの流体には、砂状物の入った又は顆粒状のハンドソープ又はローション等の流体が含まれる。粒状物が大きかったり重かったりする可能性があると、砂状物の入った流体は、粒子が沈殿して組成が不均一になったり保存期間が短くなったりするという欠点を有する。ゲル化剤を配合することによりある程度まで沈殿を減少させることができるが、ゲル化剤は一般的に流体の粘度を上昇させるため、不利である場合が多い。
従来公知の装置の欠点を少なくとも部分的に克服するために、本発明は、第一の流体を押し出して第一の押出物を得、同時に、粒状物を含むことが好ましい第二の流動可能な物質を払出すための方法及び器具を提供する。

Claims (15)
- 泡を払出す方法であって、
第一の貯蔵器(14)に発泡性の第一の流体(35)を供給すること、
第二の貯蔵器(44)に第二の流動可能な物質(45、100)を供給すること、
第一の流体(35)が空気と共に多孔性物質(59)を通過し、泡を含む中間生成物(61)を得て排出口へ押し出されること、及び、
これと同時に第二の流動可能な物質(45、100)が排出口へ払出されることによって、泡を含む中間生成物及び流動可能な物質を含む最終生産物が製造されること
を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 流動可能な物質は、多孔性物質を通過できない粒子状の固形物を含む流体及び粘度が非常に高いために多孔性物質を通過できない流体から選択される乾燥した流動可能な粒子状の固形物(100)である
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 粒子状の固形物(100)は、砂状物、軽石、プラスチック合成樹脂スクラバー粒子、木粉、細粒状海綿、細粒状コルク及び細粒化シリカを含む群より選択される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。 - 流動可能な物質が第二の流体(45)であり、
同時に払出す段階が、第二の流体が排出口へ同時に押し出されることを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の方法。 - 泡を含む中間生成物及び第二の流体が共に排出通路(62)の中へ押し出されて、その中で合一する
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 泡を含む中間生成物と第二の流動可能な物質とを混合することを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 泡を含む中間生成物及び第二の流体は、一方の流体がもう一方の周りを環状に同じ方向へ押し出され、流体として共に押し出される
ことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の方法。 - 泡を含む中間生成物(61)を含む流体が、第二の流体を含むもう一方の流体(48)の周りを環状に押し出される
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の方法。 - (1)第一の流体(35)及び空気が加圧されて多孔性物質(59)を通り、泡を含む中間生成物(61)として押し出され、また、
(2)これと同時に第二の流体(45)が、ピストンチャンバー形成部(16)中で独立したピストン部(18)が動くことによって押し出される
ことを特徴とする請求項7又は8に記載の方法。 - 第一の流体(35)及び空気が加圧されて多孔性物質(59)を通り、泡を含む中間生成物(61)として押し出され、また、これと同時に第二の流体(45)が、ピストンチャンバー形成部(16)中で独立したピストン部(18)が動くことによって押し出され、
ピストン部(18)とピストンチャンバー形成部(16)との間には、空気入口及び排気口を有する空気チャンバー(20)、第一の貯蔵器(14)に連結した入口(33)と排出口とを有する第一の流体チャンバー(30)、及び、第二の貯蔵器(44)に連結した入口(43)を有する第二の流体チャンバー(40)があり、
ピストン部(18)がピストンチャンバー部(16)の中で相互に動くことができ、ある方向に動くと、空気が空気チャンバー(20)の中に引っ張られ、第一の流体が第一の流体チャンバー(30)の中に引っ張られ、第二の流体が第二の流体チャンバー(40)の中に引っ張られ、また、逆方向に動くと、空気が空気チャンバー(20)の排気口から排出され、第一の流体が第一の流体チャンバー(30)の排出口から排出され、第二の流体が第二の流体チャンバー(40)の排出口から排出される
ことを特徴とする請求項7〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 流動可能な物質が、乾燥した流動可能な粒子状の固形物(100)を含み、かつ、
泡を含む中間生成物(61)が垂直方向の泡払出管(122)の下端から押し出されること、及び、
流動可能な物質(100)が、泡払出管(122)の下端(148)より上にある、払出管(122)の周りの固形物排出口(146)から払出されることを含む
ことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の方法。 - 固形物排出口(146)は泡払出管(122)の周りに環状になっている
ことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の方法。 - 第一の流体(35)が押し出され、これと同時に、ピストンチャンバー形成部(16)中で独立したピストン部(18)が動くことによって流動可能な物質(100)が払出され、
ピストン部(18)とピストンチャンバー形成部(16)との間には、第一の貯蔵器(14)に連結した入口と液体払出管(122)としての排出口とを有する第一の流体チャンバー(30)、及び、第二の貯蔵器(44)に連結した入口と固形物排出口(146)に連結した排出口とを有する固形物チャンバー(40)があり、
ピストン部(18)がピストンチャンバー部(16)の中で相互に動くことができ、ある方向に動くと、第一の流体(45)が第一の流体チャンバー(30)の中に引っ張られ、固形物チャンバー(40)の入口が閉じ、また、逆方向に動くと、第一の流体(35)が液体払出管(122)から排出され、固形物チャンバー(40)の入口が開く
ことを特徴とする請求項12に記載の方法。 - 払出す方法であって、
第一の貯蔵器(14)に第一の流体(35)を供給すること、
第二の貯蔵器に、重力で流動できる乾燥した流動可能な粒子状の固形物(100)を供給すること、
第一の流体(35)が垂直方向の流体払出管(122)の下端(148)から下向きに払出されること、及び、
これと同時に流動可能な物質(100)が、流体払出管(122)の下端(148)付近でこれより上にある、液体払出管(122)の周りの固形物排出口(146)から下向きに払出されること
を含む
ことを特徴とする方法。 - 第一の流体(35)が押し出され、これと同時に、ピストンチャンバー形成部(16)中で独立したピストン部(18)が動くことによって流動可能な物質(100)が払出され、
ピストン部(18)とピストンチャンバー形成部(16)との間には、第一の貯蔵器(14)に連結した入口と液体払出管(122)としての排出口とを有する第一の流体チャンバー(30)、及び、第二の貯蔵器(44)に連結した入口と固形物排出口(146)に連結した排出口とを有する固形物チャンバー(40)があり、
