Description
Claims (23)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジング内を往復移動する、外周壁及び少なくとも中央部分に中空部を有し、前記外周壁から前記中央部へのオリフィスを含む、ピストンと、
前記ピストンとハウジングの間をシールする前記ピストンの上部端に近接して設けられ、前記ピストン壁の前記オリフィスよりも上側に設けられた、第1シール部と、
前記ピストンの上端部よりも下側においてハウジングの側壁に設けられた液体流入口と、
流入用逆止弁と、
流出用逆止弁が設けられた液体流出口と、
少なくとも前記流入用逆止弁、流出用逆止弁、ハウジングの側壁及びピストンの側壁によって規定されたチャージ室と、並びに、
前記流出用逆止弁の下流側に設けられた混合室と、を備え、
前記混合室は、前記排出ポンプを下方に移動することによりディスペンスし、且つ、前記ピストンを上方に移動することにより再充填されるようにした
ことを特徴とする排出ポンプ。 - 前記液体流出口に連通する空気流入口と、前記空気流入口と液体流出口の下流側に発泡要素を備える請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記流入用逆止弁を前記流出用逆止弁よりも下側に設けた請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 液体を保持する容器と、前記容器に形成された首部と、前記首部とハウジングの間に形成された液体通路を備える請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングの外周径を前記容器の首部の内周径よりも小径に形成した請求項4記載の排出ポンプ。
- 少なくとも前記流出用逆止弁における部位を前記ピストンの外側に設けた請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 少なくとも前記流出用逆止弁における部位を前記ピストンの内側に設けた請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記ハウジングは、開口を有し、前記開口は、前記ピストンの上端部の上側に設けられ、前記開口を介して液体を流出及び流入させてピストンの上端部に発生する真空を防止する請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- 空気流入口と、吸気用逆止弁とを備え、前記吸気用逆止弁を前記混合室の上流側に設け、前記吸気用逆止弁を超えて流出する液体を防止する請求項1記載の排出ポンプ。
- コネクタを有する空気流入口を備え、前記コネクタにより空気流入口と空気源は着脱自在に接続される請求項4記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記空気流入口にフィルタを備える請求項10記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記フィルタを濡れても使用可能な材料から選択した請求項11記載の排出ポンプ。
- ディスペンサーを備え、前記ディスペンサーは、空気圧縮機を有し、前記空気圧縮機の空気流入口と空気源は着脱自在に接続される請求項10記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記ディスペンサーの空気圧縮機は、空気供給口を有し、前記空気供給口に空気圧縮機に浸入する水分または細菌を防止するバリアを設けている請求項13記載の排出ポンプ。
- 前記ディスペンサーの空気圧縮機は、少なくとも細菌の成長とカビの成長を抑制する添加剤を有する請求項13記載の排出ポンプ。
- 液体を保持する容器と、
前記容器に形成された首部と、
少なくとも前記首部の内側に設けられたポンプハウジング部と、
シール手段を有するピストンと、
前記容器の首部とポンプハウジング部の間の液体通路と、
前記容器の首部の上端部よりも下側に設けられた前記ポンプハウジング部の液体流入口と、
前記液体流入口に近接して設けられた流入用逆止弁と、
流出用逆止弁を有する液体流出口と、
少なくとも前記流入用逆止弁、流出用逆止弁、ポンプハウジング及びピストンによって規定された部位に形成されたチャージ室と、
空気流入口と、
吸気用逆止弁と、
前記チャージ室と吸気用逆止弁の下流側に設けられた混合室と、並びに
前記混合室に空気と液体を供給する空気流入口と液体流入口と、を備え、
前記シール手段は、ポンプの外周壁に当接する
ことを特徴とする詰め替えユニット。 - 前記空気流入口に着脱自在に接続されるコネクタを備え、前記コネクタは、前記詰め替えユニットがディスペンサー内に置かれた場合は、空気源に接続され、前記詰め替えユニットがディスペンサーから取除かれた場合には、前記空気源との接続が解除される請求項16記載の詰め替えユニット。
- 前記空気流入口にフィルタを備える請求項16記載の詰め替えユニット。
- 少なくとも前記流出用逆止弁における部位を前記ピストンの外側に設けた請求項16記載のポンプ。
- 少なくとも前記流出用逆止弁における部位を前記ピストンの内側に設けた請求項16記載のポンプ。
- 首部を有する容器と、
前記首部は、内周径を有し、前記内周径を記容器の断面領域の断面部よりも小径に形成し、
外周径を有するポンプハウジング部と、
前記ポンプハウジング部の外周径を液体通路を形成する前記首部の内周径よりも小径に形成し、
前記ポンプハウジング部の内周壁に当接するシールを有するピストンと、
液体通路から液体を流入する前記ポンプハウジングに設けられた液体流入口と、
流入用逆止弁と、
流出用逆止弁と、
少なくとも前記流入用逆止弁、流出用逆止弁、ポンプハウジング及びピストンの壁によって規定された部位に形成されたチャージ室と、
前記ピストンの外側から内側に液体を流入する前記ピストンの壁の開口と、
混合室と、
空気流入口と、
前記空気流入口に近接して設けられた吸気用逆止弁と、を備え、
前記混合室を前記空気流入口と前記混合室を連結する部位の下流側に設け、
前記ピストンが上側に向かって移動した場合は、前記チャージ室に液体が流入し、前記ピストンが下側に向かって移動した場合には、前記チャージ室から液体が流出する
ことを特徴とする泡ポンプ詰め替えユニット。 - 前記空気流入口に着脱自在に接続されるコネクタを備え、前記コネクタは、前記泡ポンプ詰め替えユニットがディスペンサー内に置かれた場合は、空気源に接続され、前記泡ポンプ詰め替えユニットがディスペンサーから取除かれた場合には、空気源との接続が解除される請求項21記載の泡ポンプ詰め替えユニット。
- 前記空気流入口にフィルタを備える請求項21記載のポンプハウジング。
