Abstract
【解決手段】サブケーシング102に設けた吸入口8から固定渦巻部11に設けた固定鏡板部吸入口16に通じる吸入室61と、固定渦巻部11に設けた固定鏡板部吐出口31から連絡通路63に通じる吐出室62を、径方向同一面内に配置し、吸入室61に回路基板103の発熱部品であるIPM105を密接できるようにモータ駆動回路部101を軸方向に配設することによって、上記目的を達成するものである。

Description
低下は小さく、また、モータ駆動回路部の発熱部品を吸入室の近傍に配設することが容易で、熱的にも効率良く接触させることができる。
体ケーシング3との間に形成した連絡通路63を通じて本体ケーシング3の吐出口9を有するモータ5側の空間に通じている。
するように形成し、電動圧縮機1を内燃機関200に取り付けるにおいて、吸入室61を内燃機関200と反対側に位置するようにすることで、吸入室61やモータ駆動回路部101の発熱部品への内燃機関200からの非常に大きい輻射熱の影響が防止でき、結果としてモータ駆動回路部101の冷却がさらに効率的におこなわれる。

Claims (7)
- 圧縮室内に吸入された冷媒を圧縮、吐出する圧縮機構部と、前記圧縮機構部を駆動するモータ、及び前記モータを駆動するモータ駆動回路部が一体となった電動圧縮機において、吸入口から前記圧縮室内に冷媒を導くための吸入室と、前記圧縮室から吐出された冷媒を吐出口に導く吐出室とを径方向同一面内に構成し、前記モータ駆動回路部の発熱部品を前記吸入室内の吸入冷媒で冷却するようにしたことを特徴とする電動圧縮機。
- モータ駆動回路部をモータの軸方向に一体に構成するとともに、前記モータ駆動回路部の発熱部品を前記吸入室に熱的に接触させたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 吸入室と吐出室は、ケーシングに分離壁を設けて一体に形成したことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 分離壁には、熱の移動を抑制する断熱部を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 断熱部は、空気層によって形成したことを特徴とする請求項4に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 分離壁は、電動圧縮機を車両の内燃機関に取り付けるにあたり、吸入室が前記内燃機関とは反対側に位置するように形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から5のうちいずれか一項に記載の電動圧縮機。
- 吸入室のモータ駆動回路部側の壁面に突出部を形成したことを特徴とする請求項1から6のうちいずれか一項に記載の電動圧縮機。
