Abstract
【解決手段】 200MHz以上離れた複数の送信周波数帯の信号を増幅する広帯域用の高周波増幅器18を少なくとも1つ含み、高周波電力をアンテナから送信するための送信用増幅回路と、同時送受信を実現するデュプレクサ31、32と、広帯域用の高周波増幅器とアンテナ7との間でデュプレクサを挟んで設けられ、同時送受信時にオンになる前段および後段のスイッチ回路21、8と、送信用増幅回路の電源端子に振幅変調電圧を供給する電源振幅変調器10とを備えた構成を有している。

Description
図6は、従来の高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。図6に示すように、送信用増幅回路の高周波増幅器1には、800MHz〜900MHz帯のW-CDMAの送信信号Tx(0.8)が入力されて増幅される。また、送信用増幅回路の高周波増幅器2には、1.9GHzから2.0GHzのW-CDMAの送信信号Tx(2)が入力されて増幅される。
図7は、3周波数帯域の高周波増幅器を含む従来の高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。図7に示すように、従来例2は、従来例1の送信信号に加えて、1.7GHzのW-CDMAの送信信号Tx(1.7)が高周波増幅器30に入力されて増幅される。2GHz帯および800から900MHz帯と同様に、送信信号Tx(1.7)は、高周波増幅器30で増幅された後、ローパスフィルター(LPF)でその2倍、3倍などの高調波成分の信号が取り除かれ、アイソレータ27を介して、同時送受信を実現するためのデュプレクサ(共用器:DUT)9に入力される。
図8は、無線LAN(Local Area Network)に対応した3周波数帯域の高周波増幅器を含む従来の高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。
図1は、本発明の第1の実施形態に係る高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。
図2は、本発明の第2の実施形態に係る高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。
図3は、本発明の第3の実施形態に係る高周波回路装置の一構成例を示すブロック図である。

Claims (8)
- 複数の送信周波数帯が存在する広帯域符号分割多重アクセス(W-CDMA)または符号分割多重アクセス(CDMA)方式に対応した高周波回路装置であって、
200MHz以上離れた複数の送信周波数帯の信号を増幅する広帯域用の高周波増幅器を少なくとも1つ含み、高周波電力をアンテナから送信するための送信用増幅回路と、
同時送受信を実現するデュプレクサと、
広帯域用の前記高周波増幅器と前記アンテナとの間で前記デュプレクサを挟んで設けられ、同時送受信時にオンになる前段および後段のスイッチ回路と、
前記送信用増幅回路の電源端子に振幅変調電圧を供給する電源振幅変調器とを備えたことを特徴とする高周波回路装置。 - 前記送信増幅回路の高周波増幅器は、可変利得のドライバー増幅器を備えた請求項1記載の高周波回路装置。
- 前記高周波回路装置は、前記デュプレクサと前記前段のスイッチ回路との間にローパスフィルターを備えた請求項1または2記載の高周波回路装置。
- 前記送信用増幅回路の高周波増幅器は、信号入力端子に送信信号の位相情報が供給され、前記電源端子に前記電源振幅変調器から送信信号の振幅情報に応じた前記振幅変調電圧が供給され、ポーラー変調またはポーラーループ変調される請求項1から3のいずれか一項記載の高周波回路装置。
- 前記デュプレクサは、送信通過帯域から200MHz以上離れた周波数帯域を10dBc以上抑圧する送信遮断特性を有する請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の高周波回路装置。
- 広帯域用の前記高周波増幅器は、無線ローカルエリアネットワーク(無線LAN)規格に対応した送信周波数帯の信号を増幅して前記後段のスイッチ回路に直接供給することにより、前記高周波回路装置は、前記W-CDMAまたはCDMA以外の周波数帯域で動作する請求項1から5のいずれか一項記載の高周波回路装置。
- 広帯域用の前記高周波増幅器は、直交周波数分割多重(OFDM)方式に対応した送信周波数帯のマルチキャリア変調信号を増幅して前記後段のスイッチ回路に直接供給することにより、前記高周波回路装置は、前記W-CDMAまたはCDMA以外の周波数帯域で動作する請求項1から6のいずれか一項記載の高周波回路装置。
- 前記送信用増幅回路は、1つの広帯域用の高周波増幅器を備え、当該広帯域用の高周波増幅器は、帰還回路を有する最終増幅段を備えた請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の高周波回路装置。
