Abstract
【解決手段】 低い倍率で撮影した画像を複数の部分領域に分割し、高い倍率で拡大撮影すべき部分領域を特定し、特定した部分領域を撮影した画像を表示する顕微鏡画像撮影システムにおいて、部分領域内の画素の画素値の平均値を算出して、部分領域を識別する情報と対応づけて記憶し、画素値の平均値が所定の閾値より大きいと判断した場合、部分領域を複数の小領域に分割し、分割した小領域に含まれる画素の画素値の平均値を算出し、小領域の画素値の平均値が部分領域の画素値の平均値よりも大きい小領域の数を算出し、算出した小領域の数及び画素値の平均値に基づいて、部分領域の優先順位を算出し、優先順位に応じて高い倍率で拡大撮影する部分領域を特定する。

Claims (5)
- 撮影対象物を第1の倍率及び該第1の倍率より高い第2の倍率で撮影する撮影手段と、
前記第1の倍率で撮影した複数の画素からなる画像を複数の部分領域に分割する分割手段と、
該手段によって分割された複数の部分領域のうち、所定の部分領域を特定する部分領域特定手段と、
該手段で特定した部分領域を撮影した画像を表示する表示手段と
を備えた顕微鏡画像撮影システムにおいて、
前記部分領域特定手段は、
前記部分領域内の画素の画素値の平均値を算出する手段と、
算出した画素値の平均値を、前記部分領域を識別する情報と対応づけて記憶手段に記憶する手段と、
画素値の平均値が所定の閾値より大きいか否かを判断する手段と、
該手段が画素値の平均値が所定の閾値より大きいと判断した場合、部分領域を複数の小領域に分割する手段と、
分割した小領域に含まれる画素の画素値の平均値を算出する手段と、
部分領域ごとに、小領域の画素値の平均値が前記部分領域の画素値の平均値よりも大きい小領域の数を算出する手段と、
部分領域ごとに算出した小領域の数及び画素値の平均値に基づいて、部分領域の優先順位を算出する手段とを備え、
算出した優先順位に応じて前記第2の倍率で拡大撮影する部分領域を特定すべくなしてあることを特徴とする顕微鏡画像撮影システム。 - 前記優先順位の高い部分領域から順に、前記第2の倍率で拡大撮影すべくなしてあることを特徴とする請求項1記載の顕微鏡画像撮影システム。
- 前記第2の倍率で拡大撮影する部分領域に前記撮影手段の視野の中心を移動する視野中心移動手段を備えることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の顕微鏡画像撮影システム。
- 画像全体に適用するエッジフィルタを備え、前記分割手段で前記第1の倍率で撮影した画像を複数の部分領域に分割する前に適用すべくなしてあることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の顕微鏡画像撮影システム。
- 撮影対象物を第1の倍率及び該第1の倍率より高い第2の倍率で撮影し、
前記第1の倍率で撮影した複数の画素からなる画像を複数の部分領域に分割し、
分割した複数の部分領域のうち、所定の部分領域を特定し、
特定した部分領域を撮影した画像を表示する、コンピュータを用いた顕微鏡画像撮影方法において、
前記部分領域内の画素の画素値の平均値を算出し、
算出した画素値の平均値を、前記部分領域を識別する情報と対応づけて記憶手段に記憶し、
画素値の平均値が所定の閾値より大きいか否かを判断し、
画素値の平均値が所定の閾値より大きいと判断した場合、部分領域を複数の小領域に分割し、
分割した小領域に含まれる画素の画素値の平均値を算出し、
部分領域ごとに、小領域の画素値の平均値が前記部分領域の画素値の平均値よりも大きい小領域の数を算出し、
部分領域ごとに算出した小領域の数及び画素値の平均値に基づいて、部分領域の優先順位を算出し、
算出した優先順位に応じて前記第2の倍率で拡大撮影する部分領域を特定することを特徴とする顕微鏡画像撮影方法。
