Claims (10)
- 生物学的試料の画像を提供する方法であって、
少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の画像を取得すること、
前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を位置決めすること、
前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を評価すること、
前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像、及び少なくとも1つの細胞生物学的試料の制御パラメータの取得に応答して、該少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の対象領域を同時に求めながら、該少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の該画像を自動的にセグメント化すること、並びに
前記対象領域を受信すると共に該対象領域のロケーションの表示を提供すること、
を含む、方法。 - 前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を表示することをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記画像は細胞核を表す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を評価する低分解能の拡大構成要素を設けることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像における画像解析パラメータを求める専用セグメント化ソフトウェアを設けることをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記対象領域は前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の集塊の幾何学的中心によって設定される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- バウンディングボックスは前記対象領域の前記表示を提供する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記制御パラメータは、前記少なくとも1つの細胞の強度レベルと、前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の形状制約とを含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 生物学的試料の画像を提供するシステムであって、
顕微鏡システムを備え、該顕微鏡システムは、
少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の画像を取得し、
前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を位置決めし、
前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を評価するように構成され、
該顕微鏡システムは画像受信装置に結合され、
前記画像受信装置は前記少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の前記画像を受信するように構成され、
前記画像受信装置は、
少なくとも1つの細胞生物学的試料の前記画像、及び該少なくとも1つの細胞生物学的試料の制御パラメータの取得に応答して、該少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の対象領域を同時に求めながら、該少なくとも1つの生物学的試料の該画像を自動的にセグメント化し、
前記対象領域を受信すると共に該対象領域のロケーションの表示を提供するように構成される、システム。 - 前記画像受信装置はコンピュータである、請求項9に記載のシステム。
