Abstract
【解決手段】4,4'−ジヒドロキシジフェニル−2,2−プロパンのエチレンオキサイド付加物の含有量が10〜40mol%であり、ジカルボン酸成分がテレフタル酸およびイソフタル酸である、重量平均分子量が10000〜30000の共重合ポリエステル(A)を、充填材としての繊維径4〜20μmである長繊維に溶融引き抜き法により含浸してなり、該長繊維は全組成物の10〜90重量%含有する。

Description
本発明の共重合ポリエステル(A)は、重量平均分子量(以下、Mwという)が10000〜30000であることが好ましい。Mwが30000を越えると含浸が困難となり、10000未満ではペレット成形が困難となり好ましくない。
(1)ポリエステル系樹脂組成物(マスターバッチ)の製造時の生産性を評価。
○:含浸も十分で、脈流やストランドの毛羽立ちを生じることなく、順調に生産可能。
△:若干の脈流や毛羽立ちは生じるが、含浸やカッティングは良好で生産は可能。
×:含浸も不十分で、ストランドに毛羽立ちやブロッキングが発生し、生産不可能。
(2)ポリエステル系樹脂組成物(マスターバッチ)の製造時の撚り入れ数を、1m当たりのピッチ数で評価。35ピッチ以上であると、ダイス出口のオリフィスの目詰まりやストランドの毛羽立ちがほとんど無い。
○ :非常に良好であり、実用上問題なし。
△ :若干の表面あれが認められ、平滑性に難はあるが、実用上は問題なし。
× :加工性に問題があるだけでなく、分散不良により、膜割れ、剥離、ブツ、ピンホールのいずれかに問題があり、不良。
− :試験を実施せず。
○ :シルバーやフラッシュの発生もなく、外観や平滑性も非常に良好。
△ :シルバーやフラッシュの発生はないが、外観あるいは平滑性のいずれかに難あり。
× :フラッシュ、シルバー、ひび割れ、ブツ、突起及び平滑性のいずれかに問題有り。不良。
− :試験を実施せず。
各プレートの引張強度(ASTM D638)、曲げ弾性率(ASTM D790)、アイゾット衝撃度(ASTM D256)の3つの機械的物性の試験値をそれぞれ求め、熱可塑性樹脂(B)のみから成るプレートの値を100%として、それぞれのプレートの物性の保持率を求めた。
○ :引張強度の保持率:150%以上、曲げ弾性率の保持率:200%以上及びアイゾット衝撃値の保持率(PCの場合:50%以上、PPE、PPSの場合:60%以上、ABSの場合:80%以上、PPの場合:100%以上)を供に満足する場合。
△ :1試験値の保持率が上記条件を満たさない場合。
× :2試験値以上の保持率が上記条件を満たさない場合。
− :試験を実施せず。
射出成形した各プレートの幅50mm×長さ75mm×厚さ3mmの試験片を、絶乾状態(水分率0.1%以下)で測定に供した。まず、2面有る長さ×厚さ面に導電性ペーストを塗布し、十分に導電性ペーストを乾燥させてから、その両面を電極に圧着し、電極間の電気抵抗値をホイーストンブリッジType2755(横河電気社製)にて測定する。一つのサンプルに対して、流れ方向、流れと直角方向の二方向を測定し、それぞれ平均値を求め、体積固有電気抵抗値とした(単位はΩ・cm)。103Ω・cm以下が導電性は良好である目安となる。
体積抵抗率の算出方法δ=R・S/L(但し、δ:体積抵抗率、R:電気抵抗測定値、S:試験片の断面積、L:電極間の長さ を表す。)
射出成形した各プレートの厚さ3mmの平板を、スペクトロアナライザFSEA30(ロードシュワルツ社製)のシールドボックス内で10KHz〜3GHzの電磁波を照射した時に平板で減衰する減衰量測定した(アドバンテスト法)。減衰量測定値は、デシベル(単位dB)で表記し、表2にはマイクロ波領域の500MHzの数値を示した。一般的には30dB(約97%カット)以上であると電磁波シールド性があると言われており、40dB(99%カット)以上あれば、問題ないとされている。

- 4,4'−ジヒドロキシジフェニル−2,2−プロパンのエチレンオキサイド付加物の含有量が10〜40mol%であり、重量平均分子量が10000〜30000である共重合ポリエステル(A)を、充填材としての繊維径4〜20μmである長繊維に溶融引き抜き法により含浸してなり、該長繊維は全組成物の10〜90重量%含有してなることを特徴とするポリエステル系樹脂組成物。
- 共重合ポリエステル(A)のジカルボン酸成分がテレフタル酸およびイソフタル酸である請求項1記載のポリエステル系樹脂組成物。
- 共重合ポリエステル(A)の200℃での溶融粘度が10000dPa・s以下である請求項1または2記載のポリエステル系樹脂組成物。
- 長繊維が有機繊維または導電性繊維である請求項1記載のポリエステル系樹脂組成物。

- 請求項1ないし6いずれか記載のポリエステル系樹脂組成物と熱可塑性樹脂(B)とからなる成形品。
- 請求項7記載の成形品の製造方法。
