Abstract
【解決手段】手工具装置4に着脱自在に取り付ける吸引装置2であって、吸引経路Sに吸引空気流を生ずる吸引ファン20を設け、この吸引ファンをファン軸26によって駆動し、このファン軸26を回転伝達継手38を介して手工具装置4の駆動軸42に結合して回転できるようにし、また転動軸受28により吸引ハウジング10に保持した吸引装置において、回転伝達継手38を、前記ファン軸26と駆動軸42との結合状態で、回転伝達する摩擦結合を生ずる継手とする。好適には、この継手を、ファン軸26を保持するゴムスリーブ44によって構成し、ゴムスリーブ44に円筒形の収容空間48を設け、この収容空間の内径d1を駆動軸42の外径d2よりも僅かに小さいものとする。

Claims (9)
- 手工具装置(4)に着脱自在に取り付ける吸引装置(2)であって、吸引経路(S)に吸引空気流を生ずる吸引ファン(20)を設け、この吸引ファンをファン軸(26)によって駆動し、このファン軸(26)を回転伝達継手(38)を介して手工具装置(4)の駆動軸(42)に結合して回転できるようにし、また転動軸受(28)により吸引ハウジング(10)に保持した吸引装置において、前記回転伝達継手(38)を、前記ファン軸(26)と駆動軸(42)との結合状態で、回転伝達する摩擦結合を生ずる継手としたことを特徴とする吸引装置。
- 回転伝達継手(38)は、弾性摩擦素子を有する第1継手部分を有し、回転伝達結合状態では摩擦結合を生ずるよう、この第1継手部分を回転伝達継手の第2部分に密着させる構成とした請求項1記載の吸引装置。
- 前記弾性摩擦素子を、ファン軸(26)を保持するゴムスリーブ(44)によって構成し、このゴムスリーブ(44)に円筒形の収容空間(48)を設け、この収容空間の内径(d1)を駆動軸(42)の外径(d2)よりも僅かに小さいものとした請求項1または2記載の吸引装置。
- 前記ゴムスリーブ(44)は、ファン軸(26)に対して回転方向(R)に作用する形状ロックする構造にした請求項3記載の吸引装置。
- 前記ゴムスリーブ(44)に、堅固な外側スリーブ(46)を装着した請求項3または4記載の吸引装置。
- 転動軸受(28)と吸引ハウジング(10)との間に、ファン軸の軸線(AG)に直交する方向に揺動するあそびを設けた請求項1乃至5のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸引装置。
- 前記転動軸受(28)を、弾性軸受素子を介在させて吸引ハウジング(10)に保持した請求項1乃至6のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸引装置。
- 前記弾性軸受素子をOリング(32)により構成した請求項7記載の吸引装置。
- 前記転動軸受(28)を、吸引ハウジング(10)に保持した止めリング(36)と、吸引ハウジング(10)および転動軸受(28)間に挟持した波形リング(34)との間に軸線方向に保持した請求項1乃至8のうちのいずれか一項に記載の吸引装置。
