Abstract
【解決手段】 周期的に変動する電圧の周波数(fv)を、ストリーマ放電の周波数(fs)以上とすることで、一回のストリーマ放電時に生じる放電遅延時間を短縮できるようにする。

Description
fv≧fsの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とするものである。ここで、「ストリーマ放電の周波数(fs)」とは、図6に示した荷電粒子(52)の残留によってパルス状に発生するストリーマ放電の周波数であり、上述した放電周期(Ts)の逆数を意味するものである。
fv≧k/Gの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とするものである。
fv≧20[kHz]の関係式を満たしていることを特徴とするものである。
Vp-p≦0.1×Vaの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とするものである。
本実施形態について、図1から図4を参照しながら説明する。
次に、空気浄化装置(10)の運転動作について説明する。
本実施形態に係る空気浄化装置(10)では、以下の効果が発揮される。
本発明は、上記実施形態について、以下のような構成としてもよい。

Claims (5)
- 複数の放電電極(41)と、該放電電極(41)に対峙する対向電極(42)とを備え、
上記電源手段(45)より周期的に変動する電圧を両電極(41,42)へ印加することで両電極(41,42)の間でストリーマ放電を行う放電装置であって、
両電極(41,42)へ印加される電圧の周波数(fv)と、両電極(41,42)の間でパルス状に発生するストリーマ放電の周波数(fs)とが、
fv≧fsの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とする放電装置。 - 請求項1に記載の放電装置において、
両電極(41,42)へ印加される電圧の周波数(fv)[kHz]と、両電極(41,42)の間の距離(G)[mm]とが、k=40[mm/kHz]としたときに
fv≧k/Gの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とする放電装置。 - 請求項1または2に記載の放電装置において、
両電極(41,42)へ印加される電圧の周波数(fv)[kHz]が、
fv≧20[kHz]の関係式を満たしていることを特徴とする放電装置。 - 請求項1、2または3に記載の放電装置において、
両電極(41,42)へ印加される電圧における平均電圧(Va)と振幅(Vp-p)とが、
Vp-p≦0.1×Vaの関係式を満たしていることを特徴とする放電装置。 - 放電電極(41)と対向電極(42)との間でストリーマ放電を行う放電装置を備え、
両電極(41,42)の間に被処理空気を流通させ、被処理空気を清浄化する空気浄化装置であって、
上記放電装置は、請求項1から4のいずれか1に記載の放電装置であることを特徴とする空気浄化装置。
