Claims (10)
- 中実固体及び/又は薄板変形加工用の機械的なプレス機、切断機又は打抜き装置における、回転駆動されるべき部材(2)を回転駆動する部材(3)に接続するためのクラッチ装置(1)であって、該クラッチ装置(1)が、平行に作用し且つ互いに無関係に切替え可能な2つのクラッチ(4,5)を有している形式のものにおいて、
両クラッチ(4,5)が、これらのクラッチによって伝達されるべきトルク及び/又はクラッチ動作におけるスリップに関して設計が異なっていることを特徴とする、機械的なプレス機、切断機又は打抜き装置のためのクラッチ装置。 - 一方のクラッチ(5)だけに、該クラッチ(5)の冷却手段が設けられている、請求項1記載のクラッチ装置。
- 一方のクラッチ(5)が、他方のクラッチ(4)と比較して、大きなスリップにおける比較的小さなトルクを伝達するために設計されている、請求項1又は2記載のクラッチ装置。
- 一方のクラッチ(5)が湿式クラッチとして形成されている、請求項3記載のクラッチ装置。
- 一方のクラッチ(5)が、他方のクラッチ(4)と比較して、最大トルクの最高1/3、殊に最高1/4を伝達する、請求項3又は4記載のクラッチ装置。
- 他方のクラッチ(4)が、小さなスリップにおけるトルク伝達用に設計されている、請求項3から5までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 他方のクラッチ(4)が乾式クラッチとして形成されている、請求項6記載のクラッチ装置。
- クラッチ(4,5)が摩擦クラッチとして形成されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 各クラッチ(4,5)が、互いに無関係に制御又は調整されて、規定された圧着力を以て負荷可能な摩擦部材(6,7)を有している、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のクラッチ装置。
- 摩擦部材(6,7)を負荷するために、空圧式又は液圧式で作動するアクチュエータが設けられている、請求項9記載のクラッチ装置。
