Abstract

Claims (6)
- 圧力の異なる2つの空間(P1、P2)を分離するために、ターボマシンの2つの静止部分(2、4)間をシーリングするためのシーリング装置であって、前記シーリング装置が、複数の弾性シーリングブリストルによって形成されたブラシガスケット(10)を備え、弾性シーリングブリストルは、少なくとも部分的に、前記静止部分(2)のうち1つのハウジング(8)内に保持され、各ブリストルは、屈曲部分(10c)によって相互接続された主部分(10a)と第2部分(10b)とを有し、ブリストルの前記主部分(10a)が、少なくとも部的に、前記ハウジング(8)内に保持されており、ブリストルの前記第2部分(10b)が、他の静止部分(4)のシーリングされるべき表面(16)と漏れを防止する接触を確実にするために、前記ハウジング(8)の外側へ突出したそれぞれの自由端部(14)を有しており、前記シーリング装置が、屈曲部分を有する可撓性ワッシャ(18)をさらに備え、可撓性ワッシャ(18)が、少なくとも部分的に、ブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの主部分(10a)を覆い、ブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの第2部分(10b)の自由端部と、前記シーリングされるべき表面(16)との両方を押圧する自由端部(20)を有し、ブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの第2部分(10b)の前記自由端部(14)が、前記シーリングされるべき表面(16)と永続的に接触することを特徴とする、シーリング装置。
- 可撓性ワッシャ(18)が、実質的にオメガ形状の屈曲部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- ブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの第2部分(10b)の自由端部(14)と、シーリングされるべき表面(16)とを押圧する可撓性ワッシャ(18)の自由端部(20)が、より圧力が低い方の空間(P2)の側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の装置。
- 静止部分(2)のハウジング(8)内にあるブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの主部分(10a)を保持するための保持リング(22)をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ブラシガスケット(10)のブリストルの屈曲部分(10c)が、直角に角度付けされ、ブラシガスケットのブリストルの第2部分(10b)が、ブラシガスケットのブリストルの主部分(10a)に対して実質的に垂直に延びることができることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- ブラシガスケット(10)は、ブリストルの主部分(10a)が、ターボマシンの縦軸(X−X)に対して実質的に垂直に延びるように、かつブリストルの第2部分(10b)が、ターボマシンの前記縦軸(X−X)と実質的に平行して延びるように配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
