Abstract
【解決手段】加熱ドラム2とスクレーパーナイフ5が接触する接触個所25の上方に、スクレーパーナイフ5の延びる方向にそって、長尺のイオン発生装置1を配置する。イオン発生装置1の下面1aには、12個の円筒状のイオン送出部11が等間隔に突き出して配列される。各イオン送出部11は、コロナ放電を行う放電電極12と、これに近接したエア吹き出し口14aとを備える。これらイオン送出部11から、剥離直後の乾燥ポリマーシート71へと、イオンを満遍なく供給することで、加熱ドラム2とスクレーパーナイフ5との摩擦により生じた静電気を除去する。

Description
50リットルの攪拌機付き反応槽に、純水16kg、N-ビニル-2-ピロリドン4kgを仕込み、窒素ガスを導入して、反応機内の酸素を除去した。次いで、反応機内を攪拌しつつ、反応器のジャケットに温水を流して、内温を50℃とした。この状態で、重合開始剤として2,2'-アゾビス[2-(2-イミダゾリン-2-ノル)プロパン]ジヒドロクロリド40gを仕込み、重合を開始した。内温を90℃に昇温して3時間熟成を行うことで、重合反応を完結させた。
実施例と同様の条件で合成したポリマー水溶液について、イオン発生装置1を用いなかった他は、実施例と全く同様に、乾燥操作を行った。

Claims (4)
- 回転ドラムまたはベルトの乾燥蒸発面上に液状原料を展延し乾燥を行った後、該乾燥蒸発面に付着した乾燥固形物を、スクレーパーにより剥離して回収する乾燥固形物の製造方法において、
前記スクレーパーと前記乾燥蒸発面とが擦れ合う接触個所の近傍に、イオン発生装置からのイオンを送り出すイオン送出口を配置し、このイオンにより、前記乾燥固形物に与えられる静電気を除去することを特徴とする乾燥固形物の製造方法。 - 前記イオン送出口を、前記スクレーパーに沿って複数配列するか、または前記スクレーパーに沿った長尺のスリット状とし、これにより、前記接触個所の全長にわたって、イオンを浴びせることを特徴とする請求項1記載の乾燥固形物の製造方法。
- 前記乾燥蒸発面からの剥離の後に、粉砕して粉末製品とすることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の乾燥固形物の製造方法。
- 前記液状原料がポリビニルピロリドン系重合体の水溶液であることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の乾燥固形物の製造方法。
