Abstract
【解決手段】 弾性表面波共振器S1〜S3、P1、P2を有する弾性表面波フィルタにおいて、信号入力端子12と信号出力端子14の少なくとも一方とグランドG1、G2との間に、弾性表面波共振器S1〜S3、P1、P2の電極パターン内に存在するギャップGAP1よりも狭いギャップGAP2を複数個有する放電誘発パターンを設けた。静電誘発パターンは弾性表面波共振器のギャップよりも狭いギャップを有するので、確実に静電気放電を誘発することができるとともに、ギャップは複数個設けられているので、複数回の静電気放電から弾性表面波共振器を保護することができる。

Claims (5)
- 弾性表面波共振器を有する弾性表面波フィルタにおいて、信号入力端子と信号出力端子の少なくとも一方とグランドとの間に、前記弾性表面波共振器の電極パターン内に存在するギャップよりも狭いギャップを複数個有する放電誘発パターンを設けたことを特徴とする弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記放電誘発パターンは同一間隔のギャップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記放電誘発パターンは異なる間隔のギャップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記放電誘発パターンは、複数組のギャップを含み、同じ組のギャップの間隔は同じで、異なる組のギャップの間隔は異なることを特徴とする請求項1記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
- 前記放電誘発パターンは、前記複数のギャップを画定する複数対の先鋭部を有し、隣り合う先鋭部の間隔は弾性表面波共振器の隣り合う電極指の間隔よりも大きいことを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一項記載の弾性表面波フィルタ。
