Abstract
【解決手段】 水底の泥土を浚渫手段によりを浚渫(S1)し、その浚渫泥土から細粒物を分離し、この分離して得られた細粒物泥土を脱水処理(S3)し、この脱水された細粒物泥土に不溶化剤を添加(S4)した後、焼成処理(S5)する。ダイオキシン類や重金属等の有害物質は細粒物に含まれるから、浚渫泥土から細粒物を分離して処理することにより、有害物質を効率よく処理できる。また、分離した細粒物泥土を脱水して水分を少なくしてから焼成することにより、焼成効率が向上する。また、焼成する前に、細粒物泥土65Aに不溶化剤を添加することにより、有害物質を封じ込めて焼成処理(S5)することができる。

Description
次に、前記高濃度浚渫(S1)に用いる高濃度浚渫手段Aの一例を説明すると、高濃度浚渫手段Aの集泥装置1は箱型の本体ケース2を有し、この本体ケース2の左右の側面部3,3には下部側が開口した集泥口4,4がそれぞれ形成され、この集泥口4の外側には網状のスクリーン体6が設けられている。前記本体ケース2内の左右には、集泥室7,7がそれぞれ設けられ、この集泥室7の内周面8は円弧状をなし、この内周面8の一端部を前記集泥口4の上部に連結すると共に、内周面8の他端部を本体ケース2の底面部9の端部9Aに連結しており、その内周面8の他端部側により、本体ケース2の中央側に向って高くなる掻き揚げ面8Aを構成している。尚、前記本体ケース2の前後は前後の側面部5,5により閉塞されている。

Claims (6)
- 水底の泥土を浚渫手段によりを浚渫し、その浚渫泥土から細粒物を分離し、この分離して得られた細粒物を脱水し、この脱水された細粒物に不溶化剤を添加した後、焼成処理することを特徴とする浚渫泥土の処理方法。
- 前記浚渫手段により前記水底の泥土を厚さ300〜500ミリで浚渫することを特徴とする請求項1記載の浚渫泥土の処理方法。
- 前記焼成処理にロータリーキルンを用いることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の浚渫泥土の処理方法。
- 前記焼成処理して得られた焼成物を、粒造して土木材料に使用することを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の浚渫泥土の処理方法。
- 焼成時に発生したガスを二次燃焼により分解処理することを特徴とする請求項3記載の浚渫泥土の処理方法。
- 請求項1又は2記載の浚渫泥土の処理方法に用いる処理装置であって、前記浚渫手段と、前記浚渫泥土から細粒物を分離する分離手段と、分離して得られた細粒物を脱水する高圧フィルタープレスと、前記焼成処理を行うロータリーキルンと、焼成時に発生したガスを二次燃焼する二次燃焼手段とを備えることを特徴とする浚渫泥土の処理装置。
