Abstract
【解決手段】コイルブロック2は、コイルボビン20とコイル21とからなる。コイルボビン20は、長細い金属平板導体の上部をベース20dに埋め込み、同一平面内に配列したコイル端子22〜24を有する。外側のコイル端子22,24は、ベース20d内で分岐した分岐部22c、24cにコイル端子の端部が絡げ処理される。中央のコイル端子23は、根本部23bの近傍で端子本体部分の一部を曲げ起こして、端子幅Wの内部に納まる形状に形成した突起23dにコイル導線の端部絡げ処理が行われる。各絡げ処理された分岐部22c、24c、及び突起23dの先端にアーク放電Aを発生させ、溶接部Pで電気接続が行われる。

Claims (3)
- コイルボビンと、コイルボビンにコイル導線を巻回して形成したコイルと、コイル導線が接続される、コイルボビンのベースから同一方向に略並列して突出する少なくとも3本のコイル端子と、を備えたコイルブロックにおいて、
前記並列して突出したコイル端子の内側に位置する内側コイル端子は、前記ベースの近傍で前記内側コイル端子の一部を曲げ起こして、該コイル端子の延伸する方向に直交する方向の幅の内部に納まる形状に形成した突起にコイル導線を絡げて溶接されていることを特徴とするコイルブロック。 - 前記並列して突出したコイル端子の内側に位置する内側コイル端子は、前記曲げ起こして形成した突起に代えて、前記ベースの近傍で前記内側コイル端子を分岐して形成した分岐部にコイル導線を絡げて溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルブロック。
- 前記並列して突出したコイル端子の内側に位置する内側コイル端子は、前記曲げ起こして形成した突起に代えて、前記ベースの内部で前記内側コイル端子を分岐して形成した分岐部にコイル導線を絡げて溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコイルブロック。
