Abstract
【解決手段】有機金属化合物およびシリカを含有する金属表面処理剤。この金属表面処理剤は、有害な6価クロムイオンと同効のクロムフリーステンレス鋼板表面処理剤などとして用いることが可能であり、かかる表面処理剤を用いて作製されたゴム積層金属板、特にゴム積層ステンレス鋼板は、水、LLC液に対して優れた耐久耐液性を示すとともに、すぐれた耐熱性をも有している。

で表される少くとも1個のアルコキシル基または少くとも1個のキレート環およびアルコキシル基を有する有機金属化合物、あるいは少くとも1個のキレート環を有する化合物と金属アルコキシドとの混合物が用いられる。有機金属化合物の中では、好ましくは有機チタン化合物が用いられ、有機金属化合物は1種または2種以上の混合物としても用いられる。

実施例1〜22において、表面処理剤として前記No.23〜24のものが用いられた。
実施例1〜22において、表面処理剤として前記No.25〜30のものが用いられた。
実施例1〜22において、表面処理剤31として下記配合のものが用いられた。
ジイソプロポキシチタンビス(エチルアセトアセテート) 100重量部

実施例1〜22において、表面処理剤32として下記配合のものが用いられた。

攪拌機、加熱ジャケットおよび滴下ロートを備えた三口フラスコに、γ−アミノプロピルトリエトキシシラン40重量部および水20重量部を仕込み、pHが4〜5になる迄酢酸を加えてpHを調整し、数分間攪拌した。さらに攪拌を続けながら、ビニルトリエトキシシラン40重量部を滴下ロートを使って徐々に滴下し、滴下終了後約60℃で5時間加熱還流を行い、室温迄冷却してシラン共重合オリゴマーを得た。
実施例1〜22において、表面処理剤33として下記配合のものが用いられた。

Claims (9)
- 有機金属化合物およびシリカを含有する金属表面処理剤。
- ステンレス鋼用クロムフリー表面処理剤として用いられる請求項1記載の金属表面処理剤。
- ゴム-金属複合体の金属表面処理に用いられる請求項1または2記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 有機金属化合物とシリカとが、固形分比率として90:10〜35:65の重量比で用いられる請求項1、2または3記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 有機金属化合物が少くとも1個のアルコキシル基を有する化合物である請求項1、2または3記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 有機金属化合物が、少くとも1個のキレート環およびアルコキシル基を含有する化合物である請求項1、2または3記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 有機金属化合物が少くとも1個のキレート環を有する化合物と金属アルコキシドとの混合物である請求項1、2または3記載の金属表面処理剤。
- 有機金属化合物が有機チタン化合物である請求項1、2または3記載の金属表面処理剤。
- シリカがコロイダルシリカである請求項1記載の金属表面処理剤。
