Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a sample suction and dispensing device and a specimen preparation device including the sample suction device, and more particularly to a sample suction and dispensing device that sucks a sample and dispenses the sucked sample and a specimen preparation device including the sample suction dispensing device.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a specimen preparation device that includes a sample suction / dispensing device that sucks a sample and dispenses the sucked sample is known (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, a structure having a suction part made of a piercer (aspiration needle) for sucking blood from a sealed sample container as disclosed in
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems, and is not limited to a sample of a certain amount or more but also a sample aspiration component capable of producing a specimen in the case of a small amount of sample.
Here, with reference to FIGS. 5-17, the detailed structure of the suction
Further, as shown in FIG. 5,

Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the piercer (suction needle) 11 according to the present embodiment has a sharp triangular pyramid-shaped
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the suction
Here, the detailed structure of the
Further, the
As shown in FIG. 5, the
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the suction /
As shown in FIGS. 5 to 7, the aspirating /
An installation
The detailed structure of the
Here, in the pump
Next, with reference to FIGS. 1 to 8, FIGS. 11 to 15, FIG. 18, and FIG. 19, the operation of the blood
In the slide
Here, first, referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 5 to 8, 11 to 15, and 18, the aspirating / dispensing operation of blood
In step S5, the
In a state where the
After completing the blood suction operation, the
In step S 7, the blood in the
Thereafter, in step S8, the
A smearing operation by the
Thereafter, the drag glass 2c is moved so as to contact the
After the above-described suction dispensing operation and smearing operation are completed, the operation of inserting the

Next, a dyeing process (Maygrunwald / Giemsa double dyeing process) is performed. First, in the second suction / discharge section 7d, the
Next, after the Giemsa liquid is sucked and discharged from the staining liquid suction / dispensing
Next, referring to FIGS. 1, 2, 5 to 8, 15, and 19, the suction dispensing operation (manual suction operation) of blood
Specifically, in the case of the manual aspiration operation, as shown in step S11 of the flowchart of FIG. 19, with the activation switch 102 (see FIG. 1) pressed and the blood
In the present embodiment, as described above, in the automatic suction operation, blood is sucked by the piercer (suction needle) 11, and the sucked blood is dispensed by the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the
Further, in the present embodiment, as described above, the sample storage
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, the
In the present embodiment, as described above, by providing the
