Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る水素生成装置は、改質器の改質管にγ−アルミナで作製した触媒を担持させた担持体15をセラミックス成形体17として構成するとともに、このセラミックス成形体17としての担持体15に水蒸気を加えた原燃料を通過させ、前記触媒の下、水蒸気改質を行って水素リッチな燃料改質ガスを生成する水素生成装置において、前記触媒は、Cu,Zn,Mn,FeおよびPdのうち、少なくとも一種以上の金属を含有させた。

Claims (7)
- 改質器の改質管にγ−アルミナで作製した触媒を担持させた担持体をセラミックス成形体として構成するとともに、このセラミックス成形体としての担持体に水蒸気を加えた原燃料を通過させ、前記触媒の下、水蒸気改質を行って水素リッチな燃料改質ガスを生成する水素生成装置において、前記触媒は、Cu,Mn,FeおよびPdのうち、少なくとも一種以上の金属を含有させたことを特徴とする水素生成装置。
- 原燃料は、ジメチルエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素生成装置。
- 触媒を担持させた担持体としてのセラミックス成形体は、三次元網目構造の多孔体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素生成装置。
- 三次元網目構造の多孔体は、中実柱体および中空柱体のうち、いずれか一方を選択したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の水素生成装置。
- 三次元網目構造の多孔体は、中実球形構造および中空球形構造のうち、いずれか一方を選択したことを特徴とする請求項3記載の水素生成装置。
- γ−アルミナで作製された触媒を担持させた担持体としてのセラミックス成形体は、粒子形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素生成装置。
- セラミックス成形体に担持させ、γ−アルミナで作製した触媒は、Cu,Mn,FeおよびPdのうち、少なくとも一種以上の金属を含有させるとともに、含有させた金属の粒径を10Å〜500Åに設定したことを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素生成装置。
