Abstract
【解決手段】本発明に係る水素生成装置は、改質器の改質管にγ−アルミナで作製した触媒をセラミックス成形体18に担持させた担持体14を構成し、この担持体14に水蒸気を加えた原燃料を通過させ、前記触媒により水蒸気改質を行って水素リッチな燃料改質ガスを生成する水素生成装置であり、前記触媒は、CuおよびZnを含有し、CuのZnに対する質量比が5〜1000である。

Claims (10)
- 構成元素としてCuおよびZnを含む触媒のCuのZnに対する質量比が5以上1000以下であり、前記触媒がセラミックス成形体の表面に担持されて担持体が形成され、この担持体が容器に充填されて構成された水蒸気改質器を備えたことを特徴とする水素製造装置。
- 前記触媒は、Cuの組成が10質量%〜50質量%の範囲であり、Znの組成が0.1質量%〜3質量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素生成装置。
- 前記触媒が、γ−アルミナを主成分とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記水蒸気改質器に供給される原燃料が、ジメチルエーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記触媒を担持させた前記セラミックス成形体が、三次元網目構造を有するセラミックス多孔体であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記セラミックス成形体の形状が、中実柱体および中空柱体のいずれか一方であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記セラミックス多孔体の形状が、中実球形構造および中空球形構造のいずれか一方であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の水素製造装置。
- γ−アルミナを主成分とする前記触媒を前記セラミックス成形体に担持させた前記担持体が、粒子状に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 前記触媒に含有されるCuまたはZnの粒径が1nm〜500nmであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の水素製造装置。
- 構成元素としてCuおよびZnを含み、CuのZnに対する質量比が5〜1000の範囲である触媒をセラミックス成形体の表面に担持して担持体を形成し、この担持体を容器に充填して水蒸気改質器を構成し、この水蒸気改質器に原燃料と水蒸気とを混合した混合燃料ガスを流通して、前記混合燃料ガスを燃料改質ガスに改質することを特徴とする水素製造方法。
