Abstract
【解決手段】防音パネル(2)は、中実な壁(6)と多孔性壁(8)との間に挟まれたコア(4)を備え、コアは壁に接続され、2つの壁の間で厚み方向に延び、セル(10)を形成する隔壁(12)を有し、各セルは少なくとも1つの音響エネルギー分散層(14)を有し、音響エネルギー分散層(14)は、相互に接触する多孔性で微小穿孔を施された壁を有し、隔壁に固定されるネット(22)により2つの壁(6、8)間で厚み方向に所定位置に保持される中空球状ビーズ(20)により構成される。

Description
セルを形成する隔壁を備えるコアを製造する工程と、
上記コアの各セルに関して、下方ネットを位置決めし上記隔壁に固定し、多孔性で微小穿孔処理を施した壁を有する所望の厚みの中空球状ビーズを上記下方ネット上に配置し、上記ビーズに少量の圧力を印加しながら上方ネットを位置決めし、上記上方ネットを上記隔壁に固定する工程と、
上記コアの一方の面を利用して多孔性壁に固定する工程と、
上記コアの他方の面を利用して中実な壁に固定する工程と、
により特徴付けられる。

・直径1.5mm、厚さ0.7mmの微小穿孔を有する穿孔率22%の多孔性壁
・多孔性および微小穿孔処理を施され、厚さ28.5mmの束に結集された直径2mmの中空球状セラミック製ビーズ

Claims (10)
- 中実な壁(6)と多孔性壁(8)との間に挟まれたコア(4)を備え、前記コアは前記壁に接続され、2つの壁の間で厚み方向に延び、セル(10)を形成する隔壁(12)を有し、各セルは少なくとも1つの音響エネルギー分散層(14)を有し、前記音響エネルギー分散層(14)は相互に接触する多孔性壁を有する中空球状ビーズ(20)により構成される、防音パネル(2、30)であって、前記ビーズが、微小穿孔処理を施された壁を有し、前記隔壁に固定されるネット(22)により2つの壁(6、8)間で厚み方向に所定位置に保持されることを特徴とする、防音パネル。
- 前記多孔性壁(8)は、そこを通過する空気の粘熱効果を高める微小穿孔(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパネル。
- 分散層(14)が、均一な直径のビーズ(20)の混合により構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパネル。
- 分散層(14)が、1から3.5mmの範囲で異なる直径を有するビーズ(20)の混合により構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のパネル。
- 音響エネルギー分散層(14)が、1つのセル(10)内で一定の厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- 音響エネルギー分散層(14)が、1つのセル(10)内で異なる厚みを有することを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- ネット(22)がそこに固定される隔壁(12)と同じ構成を有することを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載のパネル。
- セル(10)を形成する隔壁(12)を備えるコア(4)を製造する工程と、
前記コア(4)の各セル(10)に関して、下方ネット(22a)を位置決めして前記隔壁(12)に固定し、多孔性で微小穿孔処理を施した壁を有する所望の厚みの中空球状ビーズ(20)を前記下方ネット上に配置し、前記ビーズに少量の圧力を印加しながら上方ネット(22b)を位置決めし、前記上方ネットを前記隔壁(12)に固定する工程と、
前記コア(4)の一方の面を利用して多孔性壁(8)に固定する工程と、
前記コアの他方の面を利用して中実な壁(6)に固定する工程と、
を特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の防音パネルの製造方法。 - 前記多孔性壁(8)は、そこを通過する空気の粘熱効果を高めるための微小穿孔(28)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 前記上方および下方ネット(22a、22b)は前記隔壁(12)に溶接され、コア(4)の前記面は前記壁(6、8)に溶接されることを特徴とする、請求項8または9に記載の方法。
