Abstract
【解決手段】入力側歯車機構1と出力側歯車機構2とを備えた風力発電用増速機である。入力側歯車機構1は、入力軸19とキャリア9と遊星歯車7と太陽歯車6とを有する。出力側歯車機構2は、太陽歯車6の回転によって回転する第1歯車25と、第1歯車25の回転によって回転する第2歯車26と、第2歯車26の回転によって回転する出力軸4とを有する。太陽歯車6に潤滑油を供給する第1潤滑油供給手段41と、遊星歯車7とリングギヤ8との間に潤滑油を供給する第2潤滑油供給手段42と、第2歯車26とギヤ部30との噛合開始部40に潤滑油を供給する第3潤滑油供給手段43とを備える。

Claims (4)
- 入力側歯車機構(1)と出力側歯車機構(2)とを備え、上記入力側歯車機構(1)は、入力軸(19)の回転によって回転するキャリア(9)と、このキャリア(9)に付設されると共にこのキャリア(9)の回転によってリングギヤ(8)に噛合しつつ回転する遊星歯車(7)と、この遊星歯車(7)に噛合して遊星歯車(7)の回転によって回転する太陽歯車(6)とを有し、上記出力側歯車機構(2)は、上記太陽歯車(6)の回転によって回転する出力軸(4)とを有する風力発電用増速機であって、上記太陽歯車(6)に潤滑油を供給する第1潤滑油供給手段(41)を備え、この第1潤滑油供給手段(41)は、増速機ケース(10)内に配置される潤滑油供給配管(45)に開設した第1噴射口(47)から潤滑油を噴射させて、キャリア(9)内に配置された上記太陽歯車(6)にキャリア孔(52)よりこの潤滑油を供給することを特徴とする風力発電用増速機。
- 入力側歯車機構(1)と出力側歯車機構(2)とを備え、上記入力側歯車機構(1)は、入力軸(19)の回転によって回転するキャリア(9)と、このキャリア(9)に付設されると共にこのキャリア(9)の回転によってリングギヤ(8)に噛合しつつ回転する遊星歯車(7)と、この遊星歯車(7)に噛合して遊星歯車(7)の回転によって回転する太陽歯車(6)とを有し、上記出力側歯車機構(2)は、上記太陽歯車(6)の回転によって回転する出力軸(4)とを有する風力発電用増速機であって、上記遊星歯車(7)とリングギヤ(8)との間に潤滑油を供給する第2潤滑油供給手段(42)を備え、この第2潤滑油供給手段(42)は、増速機ケース(10)内に配置される潤滑油供給配管(46)に開設した第2噴射口(48)から、増速機ケース(10)内の上部において上記遊星歯車(7)とリングギヤ(8)との間に潤滑油を噴射させることを特徴とする風力発電用増速機。
- 上記出力軸(4)は一端部を軸受(34)に枢支され、上記潤滑油供給配管(46)に開設した第4噴射口(58)から、増速機ケース(10)内の上部において上記軸受(34)に潤滑油を噴射させることを特徴とする請求項2の風力発電用増速機。
- 入力側歯車機構(1)と出力側歯車機構(2)とを備え、上記入力側歯車機構(1)は、入力軸(19)の回転によって回転するキャリア(9)と、このキャリア(9)に付設されると共にこのキャリア(9)の回転によってリングギヤ(8)に噛合しつつ回転する遊星歯車(7)と、この遊星歯車(7)に噛合して遊星歯車(7)の回転によって回転する太陽歯車(6)とを有し、上記出力側歯車機構(2)は、上記太陽歯車(6)の回転によって回転する第1歯車(25)と、この第1歯車(25)の回転によって回転する第2歯車(26)と、この第2歯車(26)の回転によって回転する出力軸(4)とを有する風力発電用増速機であって、潤滑油を供給する第3潤滑油供給手段(43)を備え、この第3潤滑油供給手段(43)は、増速機ケース(10)内に配置される潤滑油供給配管(46)に開設した第3噴射口(49)から、増速機ケース(10)内の上部側に配置された出力側歯車機構(2)の噛合開始部(40)に潤滑油を噴射させることを特徴とする風力発電用増速機。
