Abstract
【解決手段】 軟磁性材料は、金属磁性粒子10を含む。金属磁性粒子10は、X線回折法によって求められる結晶子1の平均の大きさが30nm以上である。好ましくは、金属磁性粒子10は、結晶粒2の平均の大きさが10μm以上である。

Description
なお、Scherrerの式は、dの値が1nm程度から100nm程度までの範囲の場合に適用することができる。また、Scherrerの式のほか、2本以上のピーク強度を測定することによって結晶子1の平均の大きさdを求めるHall法などを用いることもできる。
Claims (5)
- 金属磁性粒子を含み、
前記金属磁性粒子は、X線回折法によって求められる結晶子の平均の大きさが30nm以上である、軟磁性材料。 - 前記金属磁性粒子は、結晶粒の平均の大きさが10μm以上である、請求項1に記載の軟磁性材料。
- 前記金属磁性粒子と、前記金属磁性粒子の表面を取り囲む絶縁被膜とを含む複数の複合磁性粒子を備える、請求項1または2に記載の軟磁性材料。
- 前記複数の複合磁性粒子を互いに接合する有機物をさらに備える、請求項3に記載の軟磁性材料。
- 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の軟磁性材料を用いて作製された、圧粉磁心。
